★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shower curtain a bit to short. Shower head holder too loose. No exhaust in bathroom. Low internet speed (around 2 Mbps). All juices at the breakfast buffet were a bit too watery.
Loved the food (all you can eat buffet: breakfast, lunch, dinner). Big rooms. Beautiful sight. Very cozy and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This could have been a 4* review based on the idyllic location on the Danube and historic Roman site, and great buffet dining. Take away 1* for attic room (4* hotel? Really?) Take away another * for intrusion by a guest's dog into our dinner table - or worse, the hotel's adamant defense of it, and strong insinuation that we were unreasonable in our objection to such an intrusion. Wait! Maybe that's minus 2 more **! Low point in our 8 day Austrian tour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 4 star rating but with lots of 3 and a half feeling ... this hotel is surly trying it best but time is not going unnoticed. If you stay for one nigth it is great ... if you stay a bit longer food is getting repetitious and cracks gett noticed ... the wellness area needs a bit more ... but service is 5 stare plus ... cook overheard my daughter asking for somthing and he offert to make it just like that ... for what you pay you gett a lott... tipp! better book directly with the hotel you gett much better deals

* Great view
* Decent dinner.
* Decent substantial breakfast.
*Toilet in bedroom smelt of stale urine when we arrived.
* Flies everywhere. I think they have a hygiene problem.
* No kettle in the room. Asked for one at reception and was told they don't have any kettles for guests. Had to carry hot water from the sauna which was very inconvenient.
* Reception staff are average at best.
* Standard of hotel is that of a 2 star hotel
