Sehr schöne Terasse. Freundliche Bedienung. Zum weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer, das Essen war gut, die Besitzer freundlich. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz das Neueste, aber sauber. Leider war bei uns der nahegelegene IKUNA-Spielplatz unwetterbedingt wegen Reparaturarbeiten gesperrt, aber im Vergleich zu den Verwüstungen in Tschechien hatten wir immer noch Glück...

Perche i gestori sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili, anche se l hotel necessita di rinnovamento. La sala ristorante e’ appena stata rinnovata. Si vede la mano dell’architetto, ottima scelta dei materiali e bell’ambiente

War wieder mal ein absolutes Highlight, die italienische Nacht. Antipasti, Rinderpaillard und Tiramisu, habe es sehr genossen

Ja das Hotel ist einfach wunderbar. Ich habe das Zimmer Nummer 4 gehabt. Ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Fernseher. Und gutes WLAN. Bad und WC sind auch voll schön und sind im Zimmer. Einfach ein Wunder haftet Hotel mit drei Sterne Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und gut gewesen.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Äußerst sympathischer Familienbetrieb. Chef bzw. Vater, sein Sohn, die ganze Familie kümmern sich immer sehr freundlich und angenehm ungezwungen um die Gäste. Richtig gutes Essen. Einrichtung passt auch. Leute und Haus sind bodenständig und charmant. Gemütliche Gaststube, in der man am Abend bei einem Bier auch die zurückhaltende Freundlichkeit der Neukirchner erfahren kann. Darüber hinaus wunderschöne Gegend. Das ist zumindest meine Erfahrung im Herbst außerhalb der touristischen Saison. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A little country side hotel, with friendly staff and cozy rooms. I also recommend to try the local cuisine at the restaurant downstairs.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE EVER!!! (read for more details) It is about the business stay, the hosts usually ask you during the breakfast on Friday for your plan during the weekend, so I was probably not the only one who experienced this!!! It was the Thursday morning and I have politely asked the Hotel staff do they need my room during the weekend, they said no so I took the key with myself, not expecting anything. 3 days later, I come back from a weekend trip and find ALL of my personal and hygienic leftover belongings put into a plastic box in front of the bed. Not to double mention that the box looked extremely ugly, and I will never know where my personal things were put during these 3 days. To explain it short: THE ROOM WAS SUB-RENTED TO SOMEONE ELSE, WHEN I WAS NOT THERE + THEY HAVE CHARGED IT! The morning after, really nice cleaning lady has apologized for this situation and said it was the order from "the above" and the colleague, who stayed in the hotel during these 3 days confirmed to have seen small family of 4 living in "my" double bed room, that my company was paying for. We were staying in the hotel for the additional few weeks and the hotel staff (apart from the cleaning lady!!!) has not even informed me and APOLOGIZED during this period. I have found this extremely rude and impolite! The last day of our business stay, when I had to pay for the 5 weeks stay, the host has apologized for the FIRST time after 2-3 weeks from the incident and said he will charge me for the whole period of stay (including the described weekend), why?! Because my company has decided to shorten the period of stay from 6 to just 5 weeks and it is going to be a big financial shock to the Hotel (probably?). Another confirmation that this hotel has a monopoly in the area, care 0% about the customer and 100% to their own pocket/earnings! The after-taste and feeling in this hotel was EXTREMELY bad and good luck in finding some other place nearby, especially if you don't speak perfect Austrian nor German language, they are seeing you as chance do earn double money. --> (from my described experience) Human greed was put to test over me and great feeling of disappointment and bad experience was shown from Berghamer's Gasthof Hotel!!! At the end, after this experience, the only question that is still in my head: Is Austria and this region of Oberoesterreich some kind of 3rd world country?
