★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saying 4 star doesn't make it one. Worst experience with only 1 lift for 50 people and bad breakfast services. Just okayish ambience. No kettle in the room. Cold breakfast. No AC or proper windows / suffocation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room "gardenview" is very beautiful and big with a flatscreen and has a perfect view directly to the alps 90% of the walls are made out of wood, the bed is very cosy and soft. The staff is a little bit slow for that price same goes for the waitress. The SPA is ok its more like mutliple saunas. Last but not least the food: I didn't liked the food that much, too salty and for that price it tastes like pre-processed food (Friend of mine says it was good) so it depends what you eat my: stein pilz gnocchi,his: Kässpätzle.
Overall it's ok but not worth the stars esspecily for eating in, but there are a lot of restaurants near to the hotel

The Bad: Very unfriendly barkeeper. He was very unhappy that 6 guests came into an empty bar for a few drinks. 4 Star hotel with 1 Star Service
A four star hotel without an iron or ironing board? If you want your shirt to be fresh you better find an alternative.
Check in is very old school. Lots of paperwork to fill in, nothing was really prepared.
I have no problem staying at a hostel but when you pay for a 4 star hotel you expect a different level of quality, friendliness and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not say good enough things about this stay I had.. my room was 201. In the older section on corner.. The room was clean and had amazing views of the Mountains.. The oversized tub was great to relax in after a long day of travel.. I did not use the sauna but it looked really nice.. And the food was big portions.. I booked this a little cheaper by using Expedia about an hour in advance.. Paid around $76 USD.. People and everyone nice.. And the parking garage was clean.. A bit farther from town.. But didn't mind cause everything else was awesom..But it is close enough to drive out and explore..

The breakfast was extremely disappointing very tired no fruit a covered apple. Scramble egg and sausage very disappointing quality was poor. For a hotel of this standard i was extremely disappointed and chose to have my breakfast in Hall
