Auf den Fotos kann sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen, wie die Fliesen ausgeschnitten und verlegt sind.
Außerdem habe ich gelernt, dass ein Kostenvoranschlag nur dann verbindlich ist, wenn er im gesamten Umfang beauftragt wird.
Ich kann die Firma ETS jedenfalls nicht weiterempfehlen.
I will never let ETS in my apartment again.

I also learned that an estimate is only binding if it is commissioned in its entirety.
In any case, I cannot recommend ETS.
