The beds are not convenient. Extremely soft sink in matress. TV in room. Toilet and shower separately. It's clean. Little issues with showering in the bathroom. Smart solution for fixing the shower blind is missing. You'll end up making the whole room wet. Yes coming back is an option.

O	Olivier Schuppisser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read a lot about the breakfast on the critics – personally it did not dazzle me – but the easy going laid back kindness and focused care really reach out to me. Also the location near the Arman castel and it's park gives a feeling of beauty and freshness to our stay in hotel "Charlotte". The view was excellent from the room. The design of the place showed an attention towards the Innsbruck's surrounding culture and new built buildings. What I mean is that this place doesn't serve you some impersonal hotel manners but really fit's you into it's location and values. I was really well looked after – with so much attention (...) – my privacy was respected and my comfort zone maintained. A little dip in the pool really helped to seal the easyness of this hotel. i was a little upset by the breakfast. I was hoping for more insight into Tirol's culinary possibilities. Also i found there was a bit to many chair and tables in the same area while a sofa or some more casual sitting kind of furniture would have been a welcome... maybe some armchairs to dwell on while waiting or thinking? all in all: an excellent nest of tirol's energy to swing around comfortably through the castels and the ski jumps.

A	Anu Verma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, rooms are small and old fashioned with wooden floor but beautiful. Specially the breakfast and bar services are awesome. I loved the Breakfast. Hotel situated in a very nice location, bit far from old town but easily can be reached within 10 minutes by tram from Innsbruck main hbf station. Amras is the last stop of the tram no. 3, from there only 5 min walk needed to get into this hotel. Price was comparatively high but affordable. Their staff is good and supportive.
