★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All would be perfect! Staff, location and views. But! Swiming pool and saunas work from 7am till 7pm! Too short! Cant relax in sauna after all day of hiking. Who is back to hotel so early? No shampoon in room. No dropes. Could have more variety of food for breakfast. Coffee was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an alright hotel if you're looking for a quiet place. Most people who come here are old couples. Hotel has free parking and they provide breakfast (which is dull and not variant).
Another thing is that room with view is not guaranteed, so be prepared for a side room with no balcony and no view.
The hotel is also far away from innsbruck center if you care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous location, free breakfast, very clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. There is a bus about a block away that brings you right into the center of Innsbruck, easy and convenient. The sauna and pool are exactly what you need after a day spent hiking in the surrounding alps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klaus, the guy at the reception is superb, informative and helpful. From giving tourist related information to getting rapid antigen corona test done - he did everything. Also, he speaks excellent English.
The breakfast,which was part of the package, was lavish. I gorged on it.
Location was quite good.
Mountain view from the room was very scenic.
On the scope of improvement - the wooden floors may need better maintenance. It will be good to have an electric kettle in the room by default (we were provided one when we asked for it). There was no easy way to start the bathroom exhaust fan - at least we could not do.
