★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petra was AMAZING, runs the hotel like a tight ship, with every little detail being taken care of. The rooms are large and little things like the boot warmers, and the spa facilities mean we would definitely recommend and return when in Ischgl next. The best part though is the service, Petra makes it look easy and never seems rushed ??
