H	Holger Kropp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch akzeptabler Preis für eine Unterkunft in Liftnähe. Engagiertes Personal. Appartment im Obergeschoss in gutem Zustand. Zimmer mit Frühstück im Souterrain sehr eng. Skiraum mit Schuhtrockner. 7 Minuten zu Fuss zur Pardatschbahn. Still acceptable price for accommodation near the lift. Dedicated staff. Apartment upstairs in good condition. Room with breakfast in the basement very tight. Ski room with boot dryer. 7 minutes on foot to the Pardatschbahn.
A	Andreas Wernet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer entsprechen nicht dem Preis Niveau. Die Preise der Homepage werden willkürlich nach oben korrigiert. Apart Geldgier würde besser passen. Wenn die Vermieterin jemals Gastfreundlich war ist diese mit jeder Schneeschmelze davon geschwommen. Im Januar 2019 gab es offizielle Reisewarnungen für Reisen in den Alpenregion. Es gab an unserem gebuchten Wochenende dann auch tatsächlich Straßen Sperrungen des Paznauntals sowie ein komplett geschlossenes Skigebiet. Aber die Vermieterin ignorierte dies alles und Bestand auf eine Anreise! Null entgegen kommen bzw. Verständnis im Gegenteil in der Stornogebühr war auch noch das Frühstück enthalten! Der Österreichische Verbraucher Schutz sowie die Tourismusverband Ischgl Sprachen sich gegen das Vorgehen der Vermieterin aus! Wer Lust auf Ischgl du mein ALBTRAUM hat...ist bei Ihr genau richtig. Es wird Zeit das für manche Gastwirte in Ischgl mal wieder andere Zeiten kommen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Rooms do not match the price level. The prices of the homepage are arbitrarily corrected upward. Apart greed would fit better. If the landlady was ever hospitable she swam away with every snow melt. In January 2019, there were official travel warnings for travel in the Alpine region. On our booked weekend there were actually road closures of the Paznaun valley as well as a completely closed ski area. But the landlady ignored everything and insisted on a journey! Zero counter or understanding on the contrary in the cancellation fee was also the breakfast included! The Austrian Consumer Protection and the Ischgl Tourism Association spoke out against the landlord's actions! Who wants to Ischgl you my ALBUM SPACE ... is exactly right with her. It is time for some innkeepers in Ischgl times come again. Absolutely not recommended!
I	It's me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer bzw Ferienwohnung ist ok. Personal war freundlich und Frühstücksbuffet ok. Man muss halt wissen, dass man in Ischgl ist und dort halt alles total überteuert ist. In anderen Skigebieten bekommt man für das Geld ein Sternehotel mit Wellnessbereich und Halbpension und nicht nur ein einfaches Zimmer mit Frühstück. Room or apartment is ok. Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet ok. You have to know that you are in Ischgl and everything is totally overpriced. In other ski resorts you get for the money a star hotel with spa and half board and not just a simple room with breakfast.

Erst war die Unterkunft frei und wir bekamen ein Angebot, dann sollten wir plötzlich einen Tag früher anreisen, dass wir die Unterkunft bekommen und dann hat uns die Chefin ein neues Angebot geschickt in dem sie pro Tag 5€ mehr verlangt, weil wir ja einen Tag später anreisen. Ist also eine Masche von der Inhaberin. Wir haben dann nicht gebucht und werden auch in Zukunft einen großen Bogen um das Apart Maximilian machen. Sehr unseriös! We had similar events before the booking as it is in the comments. First, the accommodation was free and we got an offer, then we should suddenly arrive one day earlier, that we get the accommodation and then the boss has sent us a new offer in which she asks 5 € more per day, because we have one day arrive later. So is a scam from the owner. We did not book then and in the future we will avoid the Maxim Maximilian. Very dubious!
V	Vanessa Brückner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unterkunft war sauber, es waren allerdings einige Dinge in der Ferienwohnung defekt - Lampen, WC-Spülung, Batterien der TV-Fernbedienung. Man kann hier gut unterkommen, wenn man keinen Wert auf das typisch österreischiche Ambiente legt. Das Frühstück war ok - aber nicht herausragend. Super ist die kurze Entfernung zur Talstation. Accommodation was clean, but some things in the apartment were broken - lamps, toilet flushing, batteries for the TV remote control. You can find a good place to stay here if you don't value the typical Austrian ambience. Breakfast was ok - but not outstanding. The short distance to the valley station is great.

Ansonsten haben wir erlebt, wie ein sehr hohes Preisniveau offenbar nur die Geldgier der Gastgeber steigert anstatt sich in besonderer Gastfreundschaft zu äußern: Wir haben das Appartement zum stattlichen Preis von 350€ je Tag für 4 Personen gebucht. Dafür bekommt man eine kleine Wohnküche, ein Bad mit "Wannendusche" und 2 kleine Schlafkammern im Spitzboden (keine Stehhöhe neben den Betten). Kurzfristig haben wir kurz vor Anreise unser 3. Kind doch noch dazu gemeldet, sind also mit 5 Personen angereist und haben um den Bezug der Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche gebeten, was auch gemacht wurde. Entsetzt waren wir allerdings, dass für diese zusätzliche Person weitere 70€ je Tag berechnet wurden (=560€ für die 8 Tage!!). Sowas kennen wir bisher nicht bei Buchung eines Appartements. Nach heftigen Einwänden und Diskussionen war die Chefin bereit, auf den halben Zuschlagpreis herunterzugehen, worauf wir wohl oder übel eingehen mussten. Dieses Verhalten haben wir als sehr unfair und gierig empfunden. The good location is the only plus for the apartment. Otherwise, we have seen how a very high price level apparently only increases the greed of the host instead of commenting on special hospitality: We booked the apartment for the handsome price of 350 € per day for 4 people. For this you get a small kitchen, a bathroom with "tub shower" and 2 small bedrooms in the loft (no standing height next to the beds). In the short term, we have just before the arrival of our third child but still reported, so are with 5 people arrived and asked for the cover of the sofa bed in the kitchen, which was also done. We were horrified, however, that for this additional person another 70 € per day were charged (= 560 € for the 8 days!). So far we do not know anything about booking an apartment. After fierce objections and discussions, the boss was ready to go down to half the hammer price, which we had to deal with. We found this behavior very unfair and greedy.
