★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal location, directly from a painting. No structure tot find in the service. So it takes a long time tot get your drinks and food. Tiroler Grostl recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I cannot say anything about the quality of the food or drink, as we were not served at all. Several people working there said they were not able to take orders and that they would send someone. No one ever came. After half an hour we heard from other guests that they were not taking orders at the moment as they had too many orders. Then one waiter came and told us she would take our order in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later we left. Skiing season with a lot of guests is every year and therefore it is just bad organization and planning on their part. I am extremely disappointed and will not take the long path to the Brechhornhaus again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 1 hour 20 minutes to get food and 2 drinks. We ordered 2 different dishes between 5, one course turned up within 10 mins the rest of us waited over 40 minutes. Normally all dishes should be served at the same time.
Waiter kept ignoring us as we tried to order another drink, and finally got served after we had finished our meal! When we asked for the bill it arrived within 30 seconds! Regardless, it was still wrong! We asked him to correct it, he did, we paid it, and then he turned up 5 minutes after we’d paid it, to tell us it was not correct and that he had missed a drink off, which absolutely amazed us as the service was terrible and surely you would let one drink slide if you knew you had underperformed this badly. The drink was less than 1//25th of the bill. In fact the only reason why the waiter queried about the one missing drink was because we did not want to tip for what was, a frankly abismal customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent about 2 hours here. First hour in reminded staff of forgotten dishes. These eventually turned up 45 min later. Potatoes where burnt when it turned up. Guess its ok when its calm but i did not have a great time
