Sehr zu empfehlen ??? Very nice and very well equipped apartment, very clean. Very nice house people. All in all a wonderful vacation. Always my pleasure . Highly recommended ???

(Abends zusammen leise Musik hören und etwas lauter erzählen, war nicht möglich). Brötchen-Service vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu teuer. For groups of 10 people not recommended, as very attentive to peace. (Softly listening to music in the evenings and narrating something was not possible). Bread service from the price-performance ratio to expensive.

Fenster lag direkt neben dem Müllraum. Mangels Belüftung gab es Schimmel im Bad. Das "Ski-depot" war eine Gartenlaube die nicht abschließbar war. Preis-/Leistung stimmt hier gar nicht. The accommodation in the basement met in any way the expectations. 2 of 3 windows barely let in daylight in the room. The third window was right next to the garbage room. Lack of ventilation, there was mold in the bathroom. The "ski depot" was a gazebo that was not lockable. Price / performance is not right here.

Chiamata x un problema con la TV , ha richiamato subito e risolto il problema. Le foto dei siti però non sono veritiere della posizione: gli appartamenti sono in centro paese o zone limitrofe ma non isolati. Il paese è comunque piccolo, quindi niente smog o rumori nemmeno in centro. Molto vicino a Kitzbuhel in auto 10 minuti. Supermercati presenti e vicini raggiungibili a piedi. Clean and new apartments, friendly owner and speaks great English. Called for a problem with the TV, he immediately recalled and solved the problem. The photos of the sites, however, are not true of the position: the apartments are in the town center or in neighboring areas but not isolated. The village is still small, so no smog or noise even in the center. Very close to Kitzbuhel by car 10 minutes. Present and nearby supermarkets within walking distance.
l	leonie pieters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij komen al 18 jaar bij Andrea ! De appartementen zijn heel netjes en bevatten alles wat we nodig hebben. Als het warm weer is zitten we heerlijk met andere gasten in de tuin en bij kouder weer zitten we gezellig in de "speel/ontbijt" kamer in de kelder om yathzee te spelen met elkaar. We have been coming to Andrea for 18 years! The apartments are very neat and contain everything we need. When the weather is warm we sit in the garden with other guests and in colder weather we sit cozy in the "play/breakfast" room in the basement to play yathzee with each other.

We had a great stay in the Andrea-Cäciel apartment. The house has several beautifully furnished apartments with large rooms.
