★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lage und Sauberkeit verdienen 3 Sterne. Am Essen könnte man einiges verbessern ( überwiegend Fertigprodukte). Der Empfang verlief ohne Kommunikation, es wurde nur der Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt. Das Personal kann leider nicht ausbügeln was von oberer Stelle falsch läuft. Die junge Dame und der junge Herr im Service waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich glaube nicht das wir noch einmal dort Gäste sein werden.
Location and cleanliness deserve 3 stars. The food could be improved a lot (mostly finished products). The reception went without communication, only the key was given. Unfortunately, the staff cannot iron out what goes wrong from the top. The young lady and the young gentleman in the service were very friendly and helpful.
I don't think we will be guests there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben unseren Silvesterurlaub im Berghof verbracht. Es hat alles gepasst. Skifahren ?, Essen war super und auf der Mittelstation ist es auch was ganz besonderes.
We spent our New Year's Eve holiday at the Berghof. Everything was fine. Skiing ?, food was great and at the middle station it's also something very special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Hotel mit freundlichen Personal....alle Zimmer sauber und schön... Frühstück und Abendessen immer perfekt...fahren die letzten 17 Jahre hin und werden auch noch die nächsten Jahre gerne kommen... ???
Great hotel with friendly staff...all rooms clean and nice...breakfast and dinner always perfect...have been going there for the last 17 years and will be happy to come again in the next few years... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren am späten Nachmittag zum Essen eingekehrt und da ist weder das Salatbuffet noch ein Wienerschnitzel wirklich zu empfehlen... Vielleicht passt Mittag die Qualität...
Dafür ist das Personal freundlich und bei der Innenraumgestaltung hat man sich auch sehr bemüht eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen.
We came for dinner in the late afternoon and neither the salad buffet nor a Wienerschnitzel is really to be recommended... Maybe the quality is right at lunchtime...
On the other hand, the staff is friendly and a lot of effort has been made to create a cozy atmosphere in the interior design.
