Kinder-und Erwachsenenfreundlich?und das seit über 40 Jahren, mittlerweile schon die dritte Generation unserer Familie die meinen dass es wie nach Hause kommen ist, wenn man bei der Türe rein geht. Reiter forever, first and best house on the Planneralm! Child and adult friendly ? and that for over 40 years, now the third generation of our family who think that it's like coming home when you walk in the door.
m	manuel wilfling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr, sehr unfreundliches Personal (Dame mit kurzen Haaren!!! Sind von unsere Skitour zurück und wollten eben schnell nur etwas trinken gehen. Als wir das Restaurant betraten wurden nich nicht empfangen, da die Kellnerin zu sehr beschäftigt war mit anderen Gästen zu Tratschen… Als wir uns dann zum Tisch setzten hat sie einfach 5 Minuten weiter getratscht… ich hab dann höflich gefragt: Entschuldigung, dürfen wir etwas bestellen? Wurde kurz blöd angeschaut und mit ja gleich abgefertigt. Sie hat dann einfach wieder weitergetratscht… Frechheit sowas!!! Very, very unfriendly staff (lady with short hair!!! Are back from our ski tour and just wanted to go out for a drink. When we entered the restaurant, we weren't received because the waitress was too busy gossiping with other guests... When we sat down at the table, she just continued gossiping for 5 minutes... I then politely asked: Excuse me, can we order something ? Was briefly looked at stupidly and with yes immediately dispatched. Then she just went on gossiping again... cheeky stuff!!!

C	Carina Appels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im März bei Familie Reiter zu besuch und haben uns verwöhnen lassen! Das Essen ist ein Traum und der Service war hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren auch immer sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Wellnesberich lädt nach einem schönen Skitag mit der Sauna und dem Dampfband zum entspannen ein. Im Skigebiet ist für alle was dabei! Kein anstehen am Lift, dafür viele schöne Abfahrten. Besonders gut hat es uns gefallen, dass der Skilift direkt vor der Tür war. Wir würden es jedem weiterempfeln und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder! We visited the Reiter family in March and let ourselves be pampered! The food is to die for and the service was outstanding. The rooms were always very clean and comfortable. The wellness area invites you nice day of skiing with the sauna and the steam band to relax. There is something for everyone in the ski area! No queuing at the lift, but many beautiful descents. We particularly liked the fact that the ski lift was right in front of the door. We would recommend it to everyone and would love to come back next year!

Das sehr freundliche Personal nimmt sich Zeit, auch einmal ein paar Worte mit den Gästen zu wechseln, sodass man sich persönlich willkommen fühlt. Insgesamt geht es schnell bis das Essen kommt - das übrigens köstlich schmeckt und aus guten Zutaten hergestellt wird. Der Kaiserschmarrn wird frisch gemacht! Wir waren schon oft und gerne mit den Kindern hier essen und sind immer bestens bedient worden und freundlich begrüßt! We can't let the bad rating from earlier stand. The very friendly staff takes the time to exchange a few words with the guests, so that you feel personally welcome. All in all, the food arrives quickly - which, by the way, tastes delicious and is made from good ingredients. The Kaiserschmarrn is freshly made! We have eaten here with the children many times and have always received excellent service and a friendly welcome!
