林	林忻叡（Hsin-Rui Lin） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel near the central area of Vienna. The personnel is friendly and the room is comfortable. Not very quiet though cause it's on a main street (but the street is not extremely busy either). Recommendable for its price. I might come back again!
M	Maja Maver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasent 1 night stay. I booked a single room but they gave me a double room for no additional charge. The reception guy was friendly. Also location is great. Bed was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was shining. I would definitely reccomend the stay.
A	Aaron Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives: friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was clean, and it's an easy 10 minute walk straight into the heart of Vienna. The room was also beautifully warm on a cold february week. Negatives: the hotel is quite old. It's "mod-cons" aren't all that modern; the television is practically useless. The beds were also quite uncomfortable; they were clearly very old. It was tough to have a restful night. While the shower was powerful (which is rare in a hotel in my experience) they tended to fluctuate drastically between hot and cold. The towels and sheets were definitely clean but there was a heavily smell of chlorine from the towels. Both me and my partner''s skin suffered from this. I suffer from eczema and my skin was particular bad by the end of the trip.

The Hotel was close to the subway station, but since the public transportation is excellent I think everything is close to the public transportation. The towels had a chlorine smell. I will let the pictures to speak. The most infuriating thing is the stealing, booking didn't required any payment until we reach the hotel. Before our stay they withdraw the money from the credit card as 'a mistake' and their solutions was to cancel the trip so clearly this hotel doesn't care about their customers. They didn't even do a refund after contacting Booking. So little information at check-in (about the breakfast/information/city/hotel). The breakfast is a hoax, they invest like 2/3 euro in that breakfast.. is a bad joke, sad that is real life

The beds were so squishy they hurt our backs, the room was disheveled when we got there and never got better (curtains only hanging by half the hooks, missing trash cans, WiFi not working or very very unstable, mold gunk on shower curtains etc) and the cleaning staff clueless (ex kept brining in more towels despite us not leaving any on the floor, and not taking any away so the bathroom just got piles of towels lying around at the end of our visit). The staff IS friendly though and the hotel is in a very good location (near public transport and some grocery shops)
V	Višeslava Višnja Gajić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel with a great location, you can walk easy to the city centre or Belvedere and it's always 20 mins. Outside you have tram station if you don't want to walk. People at the recepcion are nice, we were late for the check in and they left us precise explanation of how to take our room keys from safe, nice gesture. Rooms are clean, but not so exclusive... Only the toilet is a bit smelly, nothing that Bref capsules can't solve.
G	Gianmarco Conegliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good for the money. Staff (Armin) was really great and helpful. TV was powered, but I couldn’t work it, but I didn’t want to watch. Nice sized fridge. I had an interior room facing a green courtyard with grass and trees, but no access to anyone, so very quiet. Private apartments were facing the hotel. The only annoyance was a few bangs from the upstairs guest. Woke me up two nights. Would go again, but request a quieter room.
