B	Bouncing Deer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma bei Wohnungssuche bitte meiden. 1. Man hat einen Termin in einer 45 m2 Wohnung, wo dir 10 Interessenten entgegenkommen. 2. Man wurde nicht einmal von der Maklerin begrüßt und musste zusätzlich noch von der Mieterin erfahren das man umsonst gekommen ist, weil die Wohnung bereits vergeben ist. Würde nicht einmal einen Stern dafür geben. Please avoid company when looking for an apartment. 1. You have an appointment in a 45 m2 apartment, where you meet 10 interested parties. 2. You weren't even greeted by the realtor and you also had to find out from the tenant that you came for free because the apartment was already taken. Wouldn't even give a star for it.

Auf der angegebenen Rufnummer hebt fast nie jemand ab und wenn, dann bekommt man nur falsche Versprechungen mit unbrauchbaren und falschen Informationen. Bei Wohnungssuche diese Firma meiden! Sehr kompetente und freundliche Beratung (Maklerin mit Handschuhen und Maske und gebotenem Abstand). Ich war sehr zufrieden und habe die richtige Wohnung gefunden. Frau Gruber und Frau Pötz sind sehr zuverlässig und freundlich und es verlief absolut alles reibungslos. Sehr empfehlenswert! C	Christine Stadler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Firma bei der unprofessionell auf dem Türschild stehen sollte. Wir haben heute die Wohnung in der hofhackergasse 16 besichtigt. Es wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen das es sich um eine sammel Besichtigung handelt was in Zeiten von Corona sehr unverantwortlich und unprofessionell ist. Wir würden weder begrüßt noch begleitet. Als wir die Maklerin drauf angesprochen wurde welche Probleme in der wohunug sind und ob man mit dem Vermieter reden könnten bezüglich Investitionen würden wir gleich von der Maklerin argwöhnisch ausgebessert das uns die Wohnung sowieso nicht gefällt und wir froh sein können oveer 7 Euro den Quadrat Meter. Ich habe noch nie wirklich nie in meinem Leben mit so unprofessionellen Menschen arbeiten müssen. Da ich weiter nach einer Wohnung suchen werde werde ich alle meiden die von ihnen angeboten werden denn wenn man jetzt schon so behandelt wird wie das letzte. Ich würde ihnen lieber nur einen halben Stern geben und nichtmal diesen haben sie sich verdient. A company that should say unprofessional on the door sign. Today we visited the apartment at 16 Hofhackergasse. It was not pointed out that it is a collective inspection which is very irresponsible and unprofessional in times of Corona. We were neither greeted nor accompanied. When we asked the realtor what problems are in the property and whether you could talk to the landlord about investments, the realtor would suspect us that we don't like the apartment anyway and we can be happy about 7 euros per square meter. I have never really had to work with such unprofessional people in my life. Since I will continue to look for an apartment, I will avoid all that are offered by them because if you are already treated like the last one. I would rather give them only half a star and they don't even deserve that.
