H	Hadasy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spacy suite, very comfortable for 3. very good breakfast, with variety of selection. all staff members were terrific, but special thanks to dear Tanja :-) nice treat of waffles, breakfast to-go (check out early due to early flight), great responsiveness to all of our (many) requests location is the only bit of downside, not that close to city center (15-20 min walk), yet we have walked to all sightseeing's (45 km in 3 days...)
c	cinimod4711 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From a wonderful check-in experience - call out to Tanja at front desk who was super helpful and efficient - to a very comfortable, spacious and clean room for a family of 4, we very much enjoyed our short stay in Vienna. The breakfast was excellent, even with 2 types of smoked salmon, and a great selection of fresh rolls and croissants. Very good value for money. The hotel is quite centrally located, we didn't even need to use public transport and could walk to the State Opera in less than 20 minutes. We only stayed one night, but if we come back we will definitely choose this hotel again!
h	helen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was great. It is rare to see a smile when checking in these days, but Tonja was so welcoming! I felt very relaxed after a long journey from California, USA. This place is in an area where you get lot of Asian food options, which I loved! Very easy to get to from Vienna airport - take train and then a bus ride that stops right at the Hotel. Also, they hand out Manner wafers - very Austrian! Yum! I highly recommend this hotel!

Location is not in the centre of town, but the train is a 5-10min walk away and the train is a 5min walk away. There is an excellent cafe next door (Propeller).

Great view from the top floor, convenient location, clean rooms, but the real highlight was the staff! Especially Wolfgang who covered the breakfast shift and cheerfully chatted with us each morning about our plans for the day. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

The gym also has a very nice gym which provides you with more than just the basic cardio machines. The location is also great with everything you need around you in walking distance and bus stops very close by which take you to the city centre. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Vienna.

It's really close to the center and metro station. All the stuff is super kind and helpful. Your stay there is going to be pleasant and unforgettable! :)

He was able to ensure the process was very quick and my preferences were met. I had all my needs met during my stay and was able to have a very good stay. My laundry was folded as I asked and the hotel was very clean.
