C	CleffDeff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier gibt es wirklich sehr viele Kritiken gegenüber dem Hotel Alte Post, mit denen wir uns definitiv nicht identifizieren konnten. Wir waren für 1 Woche Gäste im Hotel Alte Post und waren vom Empfang des Inhabers bis hin zum Essen sehr positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, traditionellen Charme und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Stubaier Gletscher. Der Service zeigte uns am ersten Abend direkt unseren Tisch und wir bekamen gleich unsere Getränke. Der Inhaber der auch uns schon nett an der Rezeption Empfang, schaute auch am Abend immer vorbei, ob es seinen Gästen gut ging. Wir empfehlen das Hotel definitiv weiter und freuen uns schon auf unserem nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel Alte Post. There are really many reviews of the Hotel Alte Post that we definitely could not identify with. We were for 1 week guests in the hotel old post office and were from the receipt of the owner up to the food very positively surprised. The room was very nicely decorated, traditional charm and a beautiful view of the Stubai Glacier. The service showed us our table on the first evening and we got our drinks. The owner of us also nice at the front desk front desk, looked in the evening always over, if its guests went well. We definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay at the Hotel Alte Post.

A	Abigail Darmanin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there last week,cant say nothing about the room,it was very clean and nice,but about the food and service im really dissapointed,the women behind the reception was very rude.no communication.no one understands you unless u speak german or else nothing.food for a 4 star hotel is far beyond.its a pitty that some of the staff ar destroying the good image of this hotel.they need to be more trianed on how to deal with customers.

For a whole week, they did not fix the TV in my room, with a fresh excuse every day, finally blaming their contractors. They could not supply a decent sheet and blanket instead of a duvet. They had to go our and buy a replacement hairdryer as no spare was available. They could not supply a telephone in the room. The evening meal was very poor. No soap was supplied for four days. Hot water in the morning was only turned on after repeated protests from guests. We were deeply disappointed, and would not dream of recommending this hotel to anyone.
