Trotz Schmerzpatient wurde die Behandlung mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass noch 3 Bestellpatienten die Praxis aufsuchen werden. Bis zur Schließzeit waren noch 2 Stunden Zeit. Es wurde durch die Schwester auf andere Zahnärzte im Ort verwiesen. Auf den Einwand, dass diese garnicht geöffnet haben wurde argumentiert, dass das Internet nicht stimmen müsse und es gebe in Innsbruck weitere Zahnärzte. Ein Lichtblick war, dass eine Zahnärztin bzw. deren Schwester zurück rief und eine Behandlung am Nachmittag bzw. dem Folgetag anbot. Kein Tourist hat Interesse die Urlaubszeit beim Zahnarzt zu verbringen. Es gibt mit Sicherheit schöne Urlaubsmomente. So etwas habe ich in Österreich nicht erwartet. Ein Stern in der Bewertung ist eigentlich noch zu viel. Die zahnärztliche Kompetenz bzw. Arbeitsleistung kann an dieser Stelle nicht bewertet werden. Übrigens hatte sich die Schwester beim Zahnarzt noch einmal rückversichert bezüglich der abgelehnten Behandlung. My wife had dental problems while on vacation. Despite the pain patient, the treatment was refused on the grounds that 3 more ordered patients will visit the practice. There were still 2 hours left before closing time. The nurse referred her to other dentists in town. In response to the objection that they were not open at all, it was argued that the Internet does not have to be correct and that there are other dentists in Innsbruck. One ray of hope was that a dentist or her sister called back and offered treatment in the afternoon or the following day. No tourist is interested in spending the vacation time at the dentist. There are sure to be wonderful holiday moments. I didn't expect anything like that in Austria. One star in the rating is actually still too much. The dental competence or work performance cannot be assessed at this point. Incidentally, the sister had reassured herself with the dentist regarding the refused treatment.
