★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Very well maintained hotel with all the amenities. Large rooms, very clean and nicely decorated. Great spa area with saunas, jacuzzi and a pool. Excellent food, especially at dinner! Convenient location, only 3 bus stops away from Gaislachkogelbahn.

Must say that our experience was awesome.
From the check in, where the nice girl at the front desk, offered to arrange lift passes to the whole group, to splitting the bill when we left.
Everything about this trip was nice. The food quality at the expected level and the service beyond.
The fact that the hotel is not situated, in walking distance to the lift, is of no concern. The lift busses arrive every ten minutes, and the drive is only two minutes.
All in all, an experience I will recommend, to anyone who wants to stay in a four star hotel, at a five star ski resort.
Just do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The swimming pool and relax aerea had everything you need for a perfect staying. They were also very friendly with children. The breakfast buffet was perfect with all kind of fresh products and so was also the dinner. Thank you very much for this perfect staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great week-long stay here. The staff is super warm and friendly. The food was wonderful! The rooms were larger than most European hotels.
We were super excited about the lovely spa but sadly we did not use it because of our group's discomfort with the strict NO textile policy. We did not want to cut our ski day short and use the spa prior to 4:30 when bathing suits are allowed. You were asked to leave by the spa attendant if you wanted to wear a bathing suit. ?

We were for short welness holidays at Alphof with Kids.
Best experience, Friendly staff, who makes you feel good.
Best Breakfast , Lovely dinner .
May be suggestion..At least 1 dish could be Asian :-).
***** Hotel for me.

The restaurant offers amazing food, the sauna and pool relaxation areas are very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is great - just next to a ski bus stop and with a nice, open view from the restaurant and room. Overall we had a fantastic stay!
