K	Kyle Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed here 4 times. The exterior views are nothing amazing, but the hotel is great. Rooms clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast is amazing - a feast. The restaurant is not as good as the rest, but is fine.

But, if you pay extra €30 then you get a decent room (#346) they sold as the upgrade’s upgrade. I’ve tried room #356 but you can not join beds. Check the pictures of room Top3 and let me know a) if it worths €145 and b) no matter the price, you wouldn’t clean the room? Some places were not cleaned for years, TV not checked and ceiling cracked?! Come on Guys this is a scam

Unfortunately we were short on food in the morning due to another large group that got to the breakfast before us. Other than that, it was wonderful with some great views.
A	Anna Medvecky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the hotel at the height of the heatwave in July with a Cosmos tour. Rooms were clean but small. And there were issues with the air conditioning. Either they had none or it was on the fritz which make it an extremity unconformable stay. Additionally the ice machine was broke too. Our tour booked a dinner and after being ignored by 3 waiters for a glass of wine, I just gave up. The breakfast was buffet so it was better. The hotel was ok, but the air conditioning issues needs to be addressed. Not a place for an extended stay in the summer.

A	A J Burgs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently stayed here whilst travelling across Europe on motorbikes. The hotel was of a very high standard inside and I would say represented very very good value for money, having secured a room through booking.com for €80.00 Staff were very friendly and sourced us a taxi to a bar showing the Formula 1. They even paid for the taxi one way. I would definitely have given 5 stars were it not for two minor issues. The first being the temperature of the room, it was like a sauna even with the window open. Luckily as one of the maids saw us dumping the bike kit she was kind enough to give us a large fan in the anticipation we would need it. Secondly, we were not sure if breakfast was included in the booking, but did attend the restaurant area and between us had a couple of boiled eggs, 4 slices of toast and 2 cups of coffee. Upon check out we made the lady on reception aware that we had both had a little breakfast. Initially I was told breakfast was $16 each!!! This seemed a bit pricey. Thankfully (and testament to the understanding of the staff) when I explained what we had eaten, we just paid for one person. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return, would have been 5 stars if the room was cooler and the breakfast a bit more reasonably priced.
M	M. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and courteous. They helped us with our questions. The rooms were small but with enough space for luggage and to not get a narrowly feeling. The breakfast buffet was good and rich in the variety and quality of the food. The 1 minute walk to the tram station was another plus for this hotel. It only takes 15 minutes to Innsbruck inner city. I am normally a fitness addict but while I only was staying here for two nights I didn't use the offered fitness gym. But it's good to know that I could have used it. The stay altogether was amazing.
