★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier 3 Tage verbracht. Alles hat gepasst: sehr sauber, nette Personal, gutes Frühstück und auch Abendessen. Lage ist einfach toll. Was braucht man für ein paar Tage- nix mehr. Hotel Albona- Danke für die schöne Tage
We spent 3 days here. Everything was fine: very clean, nice staff, good breakfast and also dinner. Location is just great. What else do you need for a few days. Hotel Albona- Thank you for the nice days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Приехали с мужем с Украины, забронировали заранее, заселение с 13:00! Получилось так, что приехали в 05:00 утра, ни в одном отеле нету персонала в такое время, мы были очень возмущены так как даже не было администратора! С трудом вызвонили в домофон администратора, с недовольным видом и хамством нас приняли ! Извинились, сказали , что добирались слишком долго, возможно ли заселится раньше, на что получили ответ «-Доплатите 320€ за ещё одну ночь!» . За 7 часов хотят 300€???? Хотя б уже за половину суток бы взяли !!! Нас выпроводили на улицу с хамским гонором !!!! ЕВРОПААААА!!!! Отвратительно !!!!!
We arrived with my husband from Ukraine, booked in advance, check-in from 13:00! It so happened that we arrived at 05:00 in the morning, no hotel has staff at such a time, we were very outraged because there was not even an administrator! With difficulty they called the administrator on the intercom, with a displeased look and rudeness we were received! They apologized, said that they had taken too long, was it possible to check in earlier, to which they received the answer “-Pay 320 € for one more night!”. For 7 hours they want 300 € ???? Although I would have taken it in half a day !!! We were escorted to the street with boorish ambition !!!! EUROPAAAAA !!!! Disgusting !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und Wellnessbereich. Herausragend: die Lage an Talabfahrt und Gondel und(!) das wunderbare Frühstück mit frischen Früchten und sehr zuvorkommender Bedienung. Es gab bei uns eine Doppelbuchung für eine Nacht. Kann passieren. Man hat alles getan, um das zu korrigieren und war sehr freundlich. Komme gerne wieder.
A nice hotel with nice rooms and wellness area. Outstanding: the location on the valley run and gondola and(!) the wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit and very courteous service. We had a double booking for one night. Can happen. Everything was done to correct this and they were very friendly. I'd love to come back.

The only tiny thing I would say is that they are charging for the water at the dinner table, not really sure why (?) as it feels a bit weird considering everything else being included. However, the staff is really good and everything is very well maintained and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if you have booked a double bedroom suite, you might expect an "upgrade" to a single room apartment... and although the difference will be compensated upon an insisting request, the "excuse" dinner does not cover the wine.. otherwise a rather nice hotel..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! With amassing kindly staff. The room was very big and clean. The sauna area is comfortable and big. The breakfast was great with a lot of food options. We are highly recommend to visit this hotel. There is discount for ski pass (which you can buy here) and equipment store. Also there is a parking lot for guests.
