★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely fantastic hotel, with great food, lovely rooms, friendly staff and ideally located! Coffee and Cake daily was a personal highlight of mine. Breakfast was a great choice and the swimming pool is lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best hotel I’ve been to! Really clean with amazing breakfast and 5star dinner. Everyone is really friendly which makes you feel at home. Located close to the ski resort this place is just perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and stylish hotel. Facilities are good and worth 4 stars. Rooms were ok. Food was good. Outside area with pool is beautiful. Spa is okay. We booked a special offer so the price was good but I personally don't think it's worth the regular prices. Too expensive for what you get. Also it would be nice if reception could deal with constructive criticism nicely. The lady got very defensive when I said the temperature in the room was too hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly hurt my back on 2nd morning, immediately ending my ski trip. On day of check-out, I had to wait for my friends to drive home. I only asked for some place to lie down, either the room or the spa would have been fine. But in spite of the fact my whole holiday had been wasted, there was no kindness from the hotel, who demanded more money either way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice big rooms with good view. But felt the value was bad. Many of the common amenities were missing. Even though they were not provided by default to reduce waste, which is great. But they charged for slipper usage & only one generic soap in a dispenser was provided. Don't think it's too difficult to up their game while being environmentally friendly.
Breakfast spread & dinner was okay but not quite what you expect for ~€150/night.
The sauna was surprisingly big, but hardly other amenities are provided.
