Ich könnte den falschen Artikel zurückschicken, allerdings müsste ich das Porto auslegen. Eine Entschuldigung oder ein Entgegenkommen fand nicht statt. Schade
Ordered online. Although shipping within Austria it took a week to get there. From 2 articles one was the wrong one, so asked by email. I could return the wrong item, but I would have to interpret the postage. There was no apology or concession. Pity
