m	m ne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Matratzen sind einfach genial, wir haben noch nie so gut geschlafen! 4 Sterne gibt's, weil der Service absolut grausam ist und alles falsch lief, was falsch laufen kann. The mattresses are just awesome, we've never slept so well! It gives 4 stars because the service is absolutely cruel and everything went wrong, which can go wrong.

Nächte, die nach 6 Stunden aufgrund Schmerzen zu Ende gingen, waren mir nicht unbekannt... Bis ich meine HONGI gefunden habe! Mein erster Schuss im Konfigurator war noch nicht perfekt. Die Matratze war besser, als meine bisherigen, aber mein Rücken beim Aufstehen noch nicht stetig schmerzfrei. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Service (die Geschäftsführerin selbst hat sich meinem Problem angenommen :) ) und tollem Beratungsgespräch habe ich eine neue Zwischenlage zugesendet bekommen. Mit dieser passt jetzt wirklich alles und ich kann endlich, nach all den Jahren, wieder richtig schlafen. Vielen Dank, liebes HONGI-Team für euren super Service und euer super Matratzensystem! Denn ich bin kein all-fit-one Typ, genauso wenig wie meine individuelle HONGI =) In a nutshell: I have had my back on my back for almost 15 years when it comes to sleeping. Nights that ended after 6 hours due to pain were not unknown to me ... Until I found my HONGI! My first shot in the configurator wasn't perfect yet. The mattress was better than my previous one, but my back wasn't always painless when I got up. After contacting the service (the manager herself took care of my problem :)) and a great consultation, I received a new liner. With this everything really fits and I can finally sleep properly again after all these years. Thank you very much, dear HONGI team for your great service and your great mattress system! Because I'm not an all-fit-one type, just like my individual HONGI =)

Kundenservice top - man nimmt sich viel Zeit für die Beratung und als Kunde spürt man wie viel Know-How vorhanden ist und vermittelt wird. Dass die Matratze in Österreich gefertigt wird, nicht verklebt wird und jederzeit noch abänderbar ist, sind zusätzliche Pluspunkte! We have been sleeping on our HONGi for almost a year and I would buy it again anytime. Customer service top - you take a lot of time for advice and as a customer you can feel how much know-how is available and conveyed. The fact that the mattress is made in Austria, is not glued and can be changed at any time are additional pluses!

Das Konzept der einzelnen Schichten und der gesamte Aufbau ist sehr gut und stellt sich hoffentlich auch in Zukunft als sehr nachhaltig raus. Der Kundenservice ist exzeptionell gut! Bin schon sehr lange nicht so gut behandelt worden. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auf die Matratze 4-6 Wochen zu warten. Very comfortable mattress. The concept of the individual layers and the entire structure is very good and hopefully turns out to be very sustainable in the future as well. The customer service is exceptionally good! I haven't been treated so well for a long time. It is definitely worth waiting 4-6 weeks for the mattress.

Die Matratze von Hongi wird nach individuellen Wünschen zusammengestellt. Die Verarbeitung ist extrem hochwertig und schlaftechnisch kann ich nur folgendes sagen: WELTKLASSE Keinerlei Schmerzen im Schulterbereich mehr. Ich steige morgens auf und fühle mich komplett ausgeruht. Ich würde 6 Sterne vergeben wenn ich könnte. This mattress is really awesome. We used to have a very expensive sleep system and actually always thought it couldn't be better. Not even close. The Hongi mattress is put together according to individual wishes. The workmanship is extremely high quality and in terms of sleep I can only say the following: WORLD CLASS No more pain in the shoulder area. I get up in the morning and feel completely rested. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Weich und kuschelig und trotzdem eine gute Unterstützung für die Wirbelsäule, was kann man mehr von einer Matratze verlangen! Würde sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen! Ihr seid ein tolles Team und habt ein super gutes Produkt entwickelt! Wir haben große Freude mit unserer Matratze! Advice really first class, delivery too, we sleep great on our new mattress! Really like on cloud nine! Soft and cuddly and still a good support for the spine, what more could you ask for from a mattress! Would recommend it unreservedly and definitely buy it again! You are a great team and you have developed a super good product! We are very happy with our mattress!

Bei mir war sie zuerst zu hart,dann war das HONGI-Team so nett, und hat mir eine neue Schicht für ganz oben zugeschickt. Allerdings ist das nicht wirklich spürbar, weil die Schicht total dünn ist. Mir wurde dann gesagt, dass ich die Variante vom Boxspringbett ausgewählt habe, und die wäre generell nicht so weich. Allerdings sind alle Boxspringbetten, die ich Probe gelegen habe, wesentlich fluffiger, beziehungsweise weicher. Mir wurde dann die Mittelschicht in weicher angeboten, allerdings hätte ich knapp 70 € Versand selbst zahlen müssen. Das habe ich nicht eingesehen, weil die Matratze einfach nicht meinen Vorstellungen entspricht, und ich nach wie vor der Meinung bin, sie ist einfach zu hart!! Alles in allem viel zu viel Geld für eine Matratze, die man nicht probeliegen kann, und die einfach nicht dem Liegekomfort erfüllt, den man gerne hätte. Schade fürs Geld. Well, the mattress is definitely great if you have the right layers ... For me it was too hard at first, then the HONGI team was so nice and sent me a new layer for the top. However, this is not really noticeable because the layer is totally thin. I was then told that I had chosen the box spring bed variant and that it was generally not that soft. However, all the box spring beds that I have tried out are much more fluffy or softer. I was then offered the middle class in a softer version, but I would have had to pay just under € 70 shipping myself. I didn't see that because the mattress just doesn't meet my expectations and I still think it's just too hard !! All in all, way too much money for a mattress that you cannot try and that simply does not provide the comfort that you would like to have. It's a shame for the money.
M	Michael Heider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Statt nach 100 Nächten möchte ich nach nunmehr über einem Jahr mein Fazit ziehen: Ich habe noch nie so bequem geschlafen. Keine Rückenschmerzen, keine Verspannungen, nur erholsamer Schlaf. Die Matratze, obwohl ziemlich hart bestellt, bietet neben der erwarteten Stabilität und Härte eine hervorragende Anpassungsfähigkeit, die jedem eine perfekte Schlafposition ermöglicht. Ich würde diese Matratze jederzeit wieder bestellen. Besten Dank :) Instead of after 100 nights, I would like to draw my conclusion after more than a year: I've never slept so comfortably before. No back pain, no tension, just restful sleep. The mattress, although ordered quite hard, offers, in addition to the expected stability and hardness, excellent adaptability, which allows everyone a perfect sleeping position. I would order this mattress again at any time. Thank you very much :)
