Der gute Schlaf der Kunden liegt ihm wirklich am Herzen und das merkt man einfach! Sein Engagement für seine Kunden ist einzigartig! Die Beratung war super, wir wurden auch bei der Einstellung des Lattenrosts so gut beraten, dass es gleich auf Anhieb gepasst hat. Hier werden Service und komfortables Schlafen definitiv groß geschrieben. The best bed shop in Vienna! We are very happy, we finally found the right bed. The advice was great, we were so well advised on the adjustment of the slatted frame that it worked right away. Service and comfortable sleeping are definitely very important here.

Wasserbett is super plus muss man sagen, dass hier der Kundenservice einfach unschlagbar ist! ich kann nur eine große Empfehlung aussprechen und würd immer wieder hier einkaufen! Wir hatten das erste Mal das Gefühl, dass hier nicht versucht wird aggressiv etwas zu verkaufen, sondern Herr Hauser ist sehr verständlich auf jeden unserer Wünsche eingegangen, hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns und unsere Fragen genommen und ehrlich seine Perspektive wiedergegeben. Technische Fragen hat er souverän mit Beispielexemplaren beantwortet und oftmals war das teurere Matratzenmodell nicht das, das er für unsere Wünsche empfohlen hat. Wir haben das Gefühl eine tolle Matratze ausgesucht zu haben und können eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen! Danke Herr Hauser! We've been to quite a few mattress stores, however, with the advice of Michael Hauser, Bettenhauser has surpassed everything we've experienced in the world of sleep so far. For the first time we had the feeling that they weren't trying to sell something aggressively here, but that Mr. Hauser responded to our every wish in a very understandable way, took a lot of time for us and our questions and honestly gave his perspective. He confidently answered technical questions with examples and often the more expensive mattress model was not the one he recommended for our needs. We have the feeling that we have chosen a great mattress and can make a clear recommendation! Thank you Mr Hauser!

Bed that was divided in two pieces was not to my liking, so I called and a full one piece mattress was sent as a replacement free of charge. Therefore great customer service changed an unhappy customer into a very happy one and for this I am grateful.

The usual mattress service is the seller reciting a few mattress features and letting a clueless customer figure it out on their own but not in this shop! The expert judged which mattresses have the right pressure according to my body type and three mattresses were chosen. I was offered enough time to try each one of them on my own and decide on which one I feel the best. Even though I only bought a mattress the expert also offered valuable general advice regarding beds and comfort.
