3 Monate lang habe ich vergeblich versucht einen Fehler im GARDENA Mähroboter System zu finden.
Mein Mähroboter tat nach der Winterpause seinen Dienst nicht!
Also kontaktierte ich den Gardena Kundendienst!
GARDENA brauchte fast eine Woche um meine Anfrage zu Beantworten. Auf meine Fehlerbeschreibung hin, bekam ich GRATIS die Elektronik der Ladestadtion zum Austauschen zugeschickt.
Diese passte nicht in diese, also bekam ich eine neue Ladestation zugeschickt. Da auch dies nichts half, bekam ich anschließend auch noch einen neuen Trafo mit Kabel. Natürlich auch GRATIS.
Man ahnt es bereist:
Auch dies brachte den Mähroboter nicht zum Arbeiten.
Der Verzweiflung nahe, GARDENA meinte es gäbe keinen Mobilen Service für ihre Geräte, fand ich "homeRobot" und fragte an einem Sonntag per Email an ob und wenn...
Dienstag stand "homeRobot" vor mir, machte eine Besichtigung und wechselte die GARDENA Kabelverbinder aus. Auch die Anschlüsse an der Ladestadtion wurden erneuert denn die GARDENA mitgelieferten schnitten das Kabel glatt ab. "homeRobot" hatte die richtigen mit.
Auch danach noch kein Schleifensignal.
Schlussendlich wurde ein Kabelbruch im neuen und auch neu verlegtem GARDENA-Kabel gefunden.
Ich bin mir Sicher, dass ich nie wieder GARDENA Produkte kaufen werde.
Gibt es bei mir wieder ein Roboter Problem ,dann rufe ich gleich "homeRobot" an!

For 3 months I tried unsuccessfully to find a fault in the GARDENA robotic lawnmower system.
My robotic lawnmower did not work after the winter break!
So I contacted Gardena customer service!
It took GARDENA almost a week to answer my request. In response to my error description, I received the electronics of the charging station for replacement free of charge.
This didn't fit in this one, so I got a new charging station sent to me. Since this didn't help either, I also got a new transformer with cable. Of course also FREE.
You guessed it:
This also did not make the robotic lawnmower work.
Desperate, GARDENA said there was no mobile service for their devices, I found "homeRobot" and asked on a Sunday via email whether and if ...
Tuesday stood "homeRobot" in front of me, made a visit and changed the GARDENA cable connector. The connections at the charging station have also been renewed because the GARDENA supplied included cut the cable smooth. "homeRobot" had the right ones.
No loop signal after that.
In the end, a cable break was found in the new and newly installed GARDENA cable.
I am sure that I will never buy GARDENA products again.
If I have a robot problem again, I'll call "homeRobot" right away!
