Meiner Meinung hat diese Frau in falschen Beruf zum Glück sind wir ausgezogen im Jahr bis zu 3 mal die Miete extrem erhöhen ist eine Frechheit. Daher kann ich Homebase nicht weiter empfehlen In the beginning Mrs. Kolarik is very nice if you are a tenant concern this woman is very rude. In my opinion, this woman in wrong profession fortunately we moved out a year to raise the rent extremely 3 times is a joke. Therefore, I can not recommend Homebase

Obwohl das Gebäude aufgrund der Historie schwierig zu übernehmen war, hat Frau Mag. Fürntrath sofort zugestimmt das Objekt zu verwalten. Dies war für mich nicht selbstverständlich, da zuvor schon zwei Verwalter dies abgelehnt hatten. Daher nochmals herzlichen Dank Very curated team that fulfills all matters relating to the management of my apartment building to the fullest satisfaction. Furchtbar wollt einfach nur raus. Can only agree with mania. And rents and operating costs were constantly increasing and less and less worked in the apartment. Terribly just want to get out.

M	Mustafa Ufuk Acar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilhelm Exner Gasse... Es dauert ewig bis kaputte Lichter getauscht werden, dann werden sie einfach aus der Garage entnommen und dann ist es dort halt finster. Schloss im Rad Raum wurde auch keines erneuert. Fragwürdige Autos stellen sich in der Garage auf andere Mieter Plätze (zahlen die auch?) Bitte mehr Professionalität dann kann man auch besser bewerten Wilhelm Exner Gasse ... It takes forever to replace broken lights, then they are simply taken out of the garage and then it's just dark there. The lock in the wheel room was not renewed either. Questionable cars are placed in the garage on other tenants' spaces (do they pay?) Please more professionalism then you can also rate better
