★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen Staubsauger gekauft, der nach 2 Monaten abbrannte !!! So weit so gut.... bei einem Outlet geht man eh nicht immer von A Ware aus....
Doch dann ging erst der richtige Prozess los, der ein Geschäft vom Internethandel abheben sollte (eigentlich)!!!
Ich brachte den Staubsauger zur Reperatur zurück und war zuerst mal überhaupt Überrascht dass ich kein Ersatzgerat bekahm (wie geschrieben der ist nach 2 Monate abgebrannt). Ich ging in den glauben hin, man werde sich 100 mal für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen und man kann sich nicht erklären wie so etwas passieren könnte ... Naja falsch gedacht... Das Gerät wurde Zur Reparatur gesendet und mir hat man mitgeteilt es wird dann nachhause gesendet....
Nach 2 Wochen ohne Staubsauger (!) bin ich wieder zum Shop und fragte ob ich denn nicht wenigstens ein Leihgerät bekommen könnte!?
Die Dame sagte nein wir können nichts tun... ich hatte das Gefühl als ob ich behandelt werde wie wenn ich nicht ein Kunde vom Shop bin..
Jedenfalls sagte ich der Dame ich habe Bürgerliches Recht abgelegt und möchte sie darauf hinweisen, dass nach geltender Rechtsprechung die Reparatur in angemessener Zeit erledigt werden muss und diese bei einem Staubsauger keine 2 Wochen sind.... Die Dame antwortete ich kenne das Konsumentenschutzgesetz und so etwas gibt es nicht.... Jetzt hatte ich die Wahl mit einer Verkäuferin über die geltende Rechtsprechung zu diskutieren oder einfach zu gehen... Ich machte zweiteres ...
Aktuell ist es ein Monat her und ich habe noch immer keinen Staubsauger....
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn... Nie wieder Home and Cook !!!
Da prangert man immer den Internethandel an und regional einkaufen usw.... aber Fakt ist, bei Amazon hätte ich spätestens(nach einer Woche) ein neues Gerät!
Nachtrag: aktuell über 2 Monate schon kein Gerät und keinerlei Informationen!
Nochmals ein Nachtrag : Mittlerweile Juli 2020 also fast 8 Monate bei der Reparatur und ich habe noch immer keinen Staubsauger bekommen. Als ich im Geschäft nachfragte habe ich die Antwort bekommen ; Reparaturen macht eine auswertige Firma und die Angelegenheit hatmit ihnen nichts mehr zu tun ????
Bought a vacuum cleaner that burned down after 2 months !!! So far so good ... with an outlet you don't always start from A Ware anyway ...
But then the right process started, which should (actually) make a business stand out from the internet!
I brought the vacuum cleaner back for repair and was at first surprised that I didn't get a replacement device (as written it burned down after 2 months). I went into the belief that you would apologize 100 times for the inconvenience and you could not explain how something like this could happen ... Well, wrong thought ... The device was sent for repair and I was told it would be sent home ....
After 2 weeks without a vacuum cleaner (!) I went back to the shop and asked if I could at least get a loan device !?
The lady said no we can't do anything ... I felt like I was being treated like I'm not a shop customer ..
In any case, I told the lady that I have filed civil rights and would like to point out that according to the applicable case law, the repair must be done in a reasonable time and this is less than 2 weeks with a vacuum cleaner ... The lady replied I know the consumer protection law and so on there is nothing ... Now I had the choice to discuss the applicable jurisdiction with a saleswoman or just to go ... I did the second ...
It's been a month now and I still don't have a vacuum cleaner ....
Long story short ... never again Home and Cook !!!
Since you always denounce the Internet trade and regional shopping, etc. ... but the fact is, I would have a new device at Amazon (after a week) at the latest!
Addendum: currently no device and no information for over 2 months!
Another addendum: In the meantime, July 2020 almost 8 months for repairs and I still haven't got a vacuum cleaner. When I asked the shop, I got the answer; Repairs are done by a quality company and the matter has nothing to do with them anymore ????
