Da muss man einfach kaufen und genießen. Die sind sehr lecker! Schöner Laden und wir wurden auch nett bedient und beraten! Great shop for all kinds of delicacies! We were allowed to try the delicious Mozart balls here and hit them right away! You just have to buy and enjoy. They are very tasty! Nice shop and we were also served and advised nicely!

Für die hohen Preise kann man sich jedenfalls einen netten Service erwarten! Preis Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht! Auch wird nur Bargeld akzeptiert worauf man unfreundlich hingewiesen wird. The selection and presentation of the products are great! However, the staff (a young boy and an older lady) are very unfriendly. In any case, for the high prices you can expect a nice service! Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here! Also, only cash is accepted, which is pointed out unfriendly.

C	Charlotte Xo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you dont speak german, they are rude.... also service is very inpatient- i just started to choosing chocolates, when a woman stood next to me and started to hasten me.... then she left me while i was trying to pay and called another woman which came and then when i started to talk to her in german she smiled and Only then was acting nice to us....... that was very unpleasant experience.......

For example, when I just started picking chocolate, a woman who was packaging behind the desk ask me immediately whether I need help and tell me to pay overthere with an unpleasant face. Also, when I finished buying, I saw the small cards at the counter and about to read the introduction, the counter woman stopped me by telling there already have one in the chocolate bag she wrapped. This made me feel like she afraid me to take more, although I didn't do that. I can understand there might be many rude customers before to make the staffs become inpatient like this. However, it's not a good purchasing experience for me in such a beautiful city.
