Unique experience. Culinary OK but at the price the expectation was significantly higher, a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unverantwortlich, Besatzung nur mit Plastikschild, der über Mund und Nase geht, aber den Corona Virus in keiner Weise abhält. Aerosole gehen ungebremst in die Atemluft der geschlossenen Räume.
Ein No Go in dieser Zeit.
Irresponsible, crew only with plastic shield, which goes over mouth and nose, but does not keep the corona virus in any way. Aerosols go unchecked into the air we breathe in closed rooms.
A no go at this time.

The Hohentwiel is probably one of the most beautiful ships on Lake Constance. The gourmet trip was pure pleasure and worthy of an anniversary event. We caught a great sunny evening even nicer, which unfortunately was seldom the case this year ...

A beautiful ship that is in fabulous condition. History goes on a great journey here. A visit will be worth it in any case!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine wunderschöne Schiffsfahrt mit zwei atemberaubenden Schiffen. Die Fahrt ging etwa 3 Stunden. Man fährt mit der Hohentwiel (Raddampfer, auf den Bildern der schwarze Rumpf), nach Hard und wechselt hier auf die Österreich. Starthafen für die Hohentwiel war Lindau, es gab auf der Hinfahrt ein Begrüßung Sekt und einen kleinen Happen. Auf der Rückfahrt, Kaffee und Kuchen. Alles in allem eine gelungene Schiffsfahrt.
A wonderful cruise with two breathtaking ships. The trip took about 3 hours. You take the Hohentwiel (paddle steamer, the black hull in the pictures) to Hard and change to the Austria. The starting port for the Hohentwiel was Lindau, there was a welcome champagne and a small bite on the way there. On the way back, coffee and cake. All in all, a successful boat trip.
