M	M. E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An dieser Stelle habe ich die Kritik gelesen, dass an Bord Durchsagen nur in deutscher Sprache erfolgen. Bei uns wurden leider gar keine Hinweise gegeben. Hinfahrt (1 Std.) und Führung durch Förster (1 Std.) waren ok, aber die zweistündige Rückfahrt bei 31 Grad ohne Sonnendach und mit offen gelassener Luke gleich neben dem Sitzbereich liessen aufgrund des lauten Motorengeräusches sämtliche Passagiere so gut es ging auf die kargen schattigen Plätze seitlich flüchten. At this point I have read the criticism that announcements are only made in German on board. Unfortunately, no hints were given to us. The outward journey (1 hour) and a guided tour by Förster (1 hour) were ok, but the two-hour return journey at 31 degrees without a sunroof and with the hatch left open next to the seating area left all passengers as barely as possible due to the loud engine noise escape to the side in shady places.
A	Andrea Umbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es hat uns sehr gefallen!! Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war das nicht wegkommen von der Anlegestelle in der Lobau bedingt durch den schlechten Wasserstand. We liked it very much!! A small downer was that I couldn't get away from the pier in the Lobau due to the poor water level.
M	Marga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Team, sowohl an Bord als auch der Ranger im Nationalpark, waren sehr nett; ansonsten war der Ausflug aber sehr enttäuschend: zum einen dauert die (laute) Fahrt am unspektakulären Donaukanal sehr lang - hin 1 Stunde, zurück 2; zum anderen war die Führung durch den Park wirklich ein Witz: man ging grade mal ein winziges Dreieckchen - vom Ölhafen zu einer Sumpflacke und den Damm entlang wieder zum Ölhafen. Wie gesagt, der Ranger hat zwar ein paar ganz interessante Sachen erzählt, aber diese 45 min lassen wirklich kein Nationalparkfeeling aufkommen! Wenn man nicht gerade daran interessiert ist, wie und wo der Donaukanal verläuft und wo der National Park beginnt, dann ist diese Tour nicht empfehlenswert. Eigentlich würde ich mich schämen, wenn das einem ausländischen Touristen als Nationalpark vorgestellt wird. Da kann ich jemandem irgendwo in Österreich eine Sumpflacke zeigen und es wäre das gleiche. Also Leute, lasst euch was einfallen! The team, both on board and the ranger in the national park, were very nice; Otherwise the excursion was very disappointing: on the one hand, the (noisy) trip along the unspectacular Danube Canal takes a very long time - 1 hour there, 2 hours back; on the other hand, the tour through the park was really a joke: you just walked a tiny triangle - from the oil port to a swamp lake and along the dam back to the oil port. As I said, the ranger may have said a few very interesting things, but these 45 minutes really don't give you that national park feeling! If you are not interested in how and where the Danube Canal runs and where the National Park begins, then this tour is not recommended. Actually, I would be ashamed if this was presented to a foreign tourist as a national park. I can show someone a swamp varnish somewhere in Austria and it would be the same. So guys, come up with something!
D	Doreen Kallweit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour insgesamt ziemlich fad. 1 h Bootsfahrt zum Nationalpark, dabei Erläuterungen vom Tonband, aber leider nicht sehr gut gemacht. Dann vor Ort 1 h Wanderung mit einem Ranger des Nationalparks - wobei das mehr ein Sparziergang ist (problemlos auch mit Sandalen machbar), Fokus der Erläuterungen lag auf dem Leben des Bibers. Dann knapp 2 h Bootsfahrt zurück zum Schwedenplatz, ohne Erläuterungen, aber immerhin mit der kurzen Möglichkeit, die Brücke zu besuchen. Ich habe vor vielen Jahren schon mal diese Tour gemacht und hatte sie super in Erinnerung (damals noch Live-Kommentar). Dieses Mal habe ich sie sehr monoton empfunden. Personal vor Ort und bei der Buchung sehr freundlich. Tour pretty bland overall. 1 h boat trip to the national park, explanations from the tape, but unfortunately not very well done. Then on site 1 hour hike with a ranger from the national park - although this is more of a walk (without problems, also possible with sandals), the focus of the explanations was on the life of the beaver. Then almost 2 hours boat trip back to Schwedenplatz, without explanations, but at least with the short possibility to visit the bridge. I did this tour many years ago and had great memories of it (at that time still live commentary). This time I felt it was very monotonous. Staff on site and very friendly when booking.
