★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hell expensive, rude and unkind. Do you know the famous quote “the customer is always right” ? Well, in this shop is probably attached in the bathroom next to the toilet paper. Someone should teach them how to treat their clients with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in 15 years of ski vacations , 5 customers & 5 different price policies applied , if you don’t speak German they would probably try to rip you off , take care . The material they rent was damaged both days we rented it , my friend paid 3 times the price other paid without explanation. Be careful with this shop ... there are much better one around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ski rental immediately by the lift and next to a free car park. Service was excellent and super friendly every time I stepped into the shop. Especially Jana and Andreas were lovely, fun and couldn’t do enough to make us feel well looked after. I got a very good price for renting skis, boots and a helmet for 3 days, and they even offer free ski depot over night, making for such an easy start and end of day. I will absolutely be back next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from Bernie! Highly recommend. He took a lot of time to make sure our boots fit perfectly, especially as we hadn’t skied in a long time so we were a bit nervous. ??? but with his help all went very well.
