En het ontbijt is ook goed. Great apartment, neat, clean and a beautiful view. Near the grubbig lift. From the ski storage cellar you walk across the parking lot to the lift. Ideal. And the breakfast is good too.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Skilift und in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Lermoos. Wir können sehr gern wieder und empfehlen es jedem weiter. Here we spent a week wonderful family vacation with the whole family. The breakfast is very rich. The house is located directly at the ski lift and in a very quiet part of Lermoos. We are happy to be back and recommend it to anyone.

Top Ausblick und sehr zentral gelegen trotzdem ruhige Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder. There were 4 of us with a dog in this accommodation. We really liked it, everything was clean, a lot of choice at breakfast and a very nice family. Great view and very centrally located, yet quiet location. We would love to come back.

Large kitchen, fully equipped, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle. Many kitchen utensils, everything you need. All beautifully clean. From the rooms you go to a large balcony overlooking the cable car and the Zugspitz. There is a ski room which has a direct entrance out to the garden and the cable car. The owners were very nice and helpful. We thank them very much for everything and wish them many happy clients. :)
A	Andreas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. The service is really nice and was open for all kinds of questions. Our room was clean and all of them have a balcony with a great view on the mountains like the Zugspitze. A bus station is directly in front of the house and a few supermarkets and restaurants can easily be reached by foot. The only negative thing that I can think of is the cable railway which is also in front of the house and can make some noise from time to time, but that's not a problem if you get up before 8:30 am.
