An der Kassa wurden die Waren mit großer Geschwindigkeit gescannt und weggerollt, sodass ich ständig in Sorge war, dass irgendein Glas zerbricht oder ein Joghurtbecher platzt. Kein Gruß oder Verabschieden, purer Stress. Mit einem Kleinkind ist das Einkaufen noch schlimmer, zweimal konnte ich das Kind zur Seite ziehen, damit es nicht von einer Palette gerammt wurde. Die nicht so gute Bewertung geht an das Stress-System Hofer, und nicht an die Mitarbeiterinnen, die einem nur Leid tun können. Fazit: Wer sich den Tag nicht verderben lassen will, geht am besten woanders einkaufen. The employees try very hard, but are extremely stressed. At the checkout, the goods were scanned and rolled away at high speed, so I was constantly worried that some glass would break or a yogurt cup would burst. No greeting or goodbye, pure stress. Shopping is even worse with a toddler, twice I was able to pull the child aside to avoid being rammed by a pallet. The rating that is not so good goes to the Hofer Stress System and not to the employees, who can only be sorry for you. Conclusion: If you don't want to let the day spoil you, it's best to go shopping elsewhere.

Auf Nachfrage bei einer Mitarbeiterin wo nun ein bestimmtes Produkt zu finden sei wurde ich von ihr unfreundlich gestikulierend in eine Richtung geschickt wo alles zu finden war, bloß das Gesuchte nicht. Weitere Mitarbeiterin nach dem Lebensmittel gefragt, noch eine unfreundliche Antwort. Nach einer weiteren Runde im Markt und erfolglosem Suchen habe ich den Einkauf abgebrochen. Ein sehr zeitaufwendiger "Einkauf" ? Catastrophic mess and a completely confusing range of goods since the renovation. When I asked an employee where a certain product could be found, she gesticulated in an unfriendly manner and sent me in a direction where everything could be found, just not what I was looking for. Another employee asked about the food, another unfriendly answer. After another round in the market and an unsuccessful search, I stopped shopping. A very time-consuming "purchase" ?
