Wurde von einer neuen Mitarbeiterin unhöflich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie meine 25% Pickerl nicht einlösen kann weil ich sie zu spät vorgezeigt habe und sie sonst alles stornieren müsste. (2 Produkte! ...zu viel Arbeit) Auch auf das Aushändigen meiner jö Karte wurde vergessen, worauf ich nochmals ins Geschäft ging wobei mir abweisend gesagt wurde, man hätte mir nichts genommen. D.h. es wurde nicht mal nach der Karte geschaut. Kein Stern wäre zutreffender! Very disappointing!!! Was rudely pointed out by a new employee that she couldn't redeem my 25% pickerl because I showed her too late and she would otherwise have to cancel everything. (2 products! ... too much work) When I handed over my jö card, I forgot what I went to the store again and was told dismissively that nothing had been taken from me. That the map was not even looked at. No star would be more appropriate!
