Wenn es hart auf hart kommt und du eine Versicherung kündigen willst, wird gleich deine erteilte Vollmacht zurückgelegt und der Vertreter der UVK hebt beim Telefon nicht ab geschweige den ruft nicht zurück. Zudem betreiben einige Vertreter der UVK ,, Freindlwirtschaft'' mit sagenhaften Versicherungen und stellen dich auf den Pranger. Wenn du dann bei der Versicherung direkt anrufst, wirst du im Prinzip nur Vertröstet oder gleich nur verarscht zudem wird deine Unwissenheit als ,,normaler Konsument'' von hinten bis vorne ausgenutzt! Ich rate wirklich jeden von diesem Büro mehr als ab! Preferably 0 stars or equal to -10 stars. If the going gets tough and you want to cancel your insurance, your power of attorney will be put aside and the UVK representative will not answer the phone, let alone call you back. In addition, some representatives of the UVK operate "Freindlwirtschaft" with fabulous insurance and put you on the pillory. If you then call the insurance company directly, you will in principle only be put off or just fooled, and your ignorance as a "normal consumer" will be exploited from back to front! I really advise everyone against this office!
