Ich war in unzählig vielen Geschäften und muss sagen dass ich mich bei Frau Patz am wohlsten gefühlt habe! Da ich etwas stärker bin dachte ich, dass es kein passendes Kleid für mich gäbe - wie es in den meisten Geschäften auch so war. Deswegen möchte ich Kate widersprechen, denn sie zeigte mir Kleider in den größeren Größen und ich habe sofort ein tolles Kleid gefunden. Natürlich kauften wir es gleich für einen top Preis! Da das Kleid ohnehin etwas geändert werden musste, hatte sie es noch verschönert, indem sie hinten einen anderen Stoff raufgegeben hat, damit es noch besser aussieht! Sie fragte auch gleich ob ich einen Schmuck, egal ob für meine Haare oder eine Halskette, benötige und sie bot mir wunderschöne Accessoires an. Sie war sehr verständnisvoll und half mir weiter. Die Beratung war ein Traum und sie ist auf jeden meiner Wünsche so gut es ging eingegangen. Auch meine Mutter hatte sich ein Kleid im Internet bestellt, welches etwas zu lang war. Ich rief Frau Patz an und fragte ob es ein Problem sei, wenn sie es kürzen würde und ob sich das rechtzeitig ausgeht. Eine Woche ca., nachdem wir das Kleid meiner Mutter hinbrachten, war es fertig! Man merkte von Beginn an ihre großen Bemühungen und ihre Leidenschaft für ihren Beruf! Aus diesem Grund kann ich sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, denn so eine freundliche, verständnisvolle und tolle Beratung hat man selten! I have to say that I was extremely satisfied !! I am a high school graduate and have my Matura ball at the end of November. I have been in countless shops and must say that I felt the most comfortable with Mrs. Patz! Being a bit stronger, I thought there would not be a matching dress for me - as was the case in most stores. That's why I want to contradict Kate, because she showed me dresses in the larger sizes and I immediately found a great dress. Of course we bought it for a top price! Since the dress had to be changed anyway, she had made it even better by giving up some other fabric at the back to make it look even better! She also asked if I needed jewelry for my hair or a necklace, and she offered beautiful accessories. She was very understanding and helped me on. The advice was a dream and she responded to my every wish as best I could. My mother had also ordered a dress on the Internet, which was a bit too long. I called Mrs. Patz and asked if it was a problem, if she would cut it and if that will turn off in time. One week after we took my mother's dress, it was ready! From the beginning you could see her great efforts and passion for her job! For this reason, I can definitely recommend them, because such a friendly, understanding and great advice is rare!
