Die Beraterinnen wirken sehr gestresst, und man fühlt sich größtenteils nicht willkommen. Die Schneiderin hat das Kleid beim ersten Mal falsch abgesteckt und musste es dann bei der (eigentlich) finalen Anprobe nochmal abstecken und korrigieren, was ich natürlich auch bezahlen musste. Zudem wurde mir beim Kauf nicht mitgeteilt, dass sich dieses Kleid nicht reinigen lässt, da die Elemente alle geklebt sind und sich sonst lösen würden. Wirklich schade. Schlecher Service! 2 stars only because I thought my dress was beautiful and the selection is great. Unfortunately, everything else didn't fit. The counselors seem very stressed and you don't feel welcome for the most part. The seamstress pinned the dress wrong the first time and then had to pin it again and correct it during the (actually) final fitting, which of course I also had to pay for. In addition, when I bought it, I was not told that this dress cannot be cleaned because the elements are all glued and would otherwise come loose. A real shame. Bad service!
