Sehr viel Auswahl- alles Top ? Great advice and very friendly and patient staff. Found my dream dress and had a great time trying it on. A lot of choice - all top ?

K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Umgangsformen lassen zu wünschen über(... beim ändern des Kleides auch nicht gerade nett! ) wurde beim zurück bringen des Kleides sehr unfreundlich behandelt, bin 2× auf das Kleid gestiegen, dass passiert nicht absichtlich.... erkundigt euch bzgl Schäden... die leider passieren... man zahlt auch dementsprechend viel! The manners leave a wish about (... when changing the dress also not exactly nice!) Was treated very unfriendly when bringing the dress back, I stepped on the dress twice, that does not happen on purpose .... inquire about damage ... which unfortunately happen ... you pay a lot!
E	Elisabeth T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminvereinbarung und Beratung alles super. Die Dame bei der Beratung war total lieb, freundlich, bemüht und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Ich hab mich SEHR gut aufgehoben und beraten gefühlt! ABER bei der Rückgabe vom Leihkleid, dann die Ernüchterung. (andere Dame) Der Tüll hatte vorne leider ein paar kleine Löcher, für mich selbstverständlich dass das repariert und geregelt gehört. Aber die Art wie mit mir gesprochen und umgegangen wurde, war nicht in Ordnung. Mir wurde sogar unterstellt, ich würde mit dem Kleid nie wieder kommen wenn ich die Reperaturen machen lasse. Auf der anderen Seite wurde mir wieder angeboten, die Reparatur könnte auch meine Schneiderin machen. Sehr komisches Gespräch. Habe dann natürlich die Kosten übernommen, aber der Umgang war unhöflich und unfair. Sehr schade, dass es so geendet hat. Appointments and advice everything was great. The lady at the consultation was really nice, friendly, hard-working and not at all intrusive. I felt VERY in good hands and advised! BUT when returning the rental dress, then the disillusionment. (other lady) The tulle unfortunately had a few small holes in the front, for me it goes without saying that this should be repaired and regulated. But the way I was spoken to and dealt with was not right. I was even assumed that I would never come back with the dress if I had the repairs done. On the other hand, I was offered again that my seamstress could do the repairs. Very funny conversation. Of course I took over the costs, but the handling was impolite and unfair. What a shame it ended like this.

I	Iris Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nur enttäuschend. Hält sich nicht an besprochene Abmachungen. Mussten die Hochzeit leider verschieben, keiner unserer Dienstleister, hat Storno etc verlangt. Nur hier gibt es unendliche Probleme. Kein Verschieben möglich, da ohne Ankündigung der Verleih eingestellt wurde. Die versprochene Anzahlung bekommt man nicht retour, trotz Stornokosten. Obwohl ich nie auf ein AGB etc hingewiesen worden bin. Dieses Kleid wurde überall abverkauft mit 40%, nur hier leider auch nicht (obwohl alte Kollektion). Sonst hätte ich es noch rausgekauft. Absolut kein Entgegenkommen. Traurig. Just disappointing. Doesn't stick to agreed agreements. Unfortunately we had to postpone the wedding, none of our service providers asked for cancellation etc. Only here are there endless problems. No postponement possible because the rental was discontinued without prior notice. You will not get the promised deposit back, despite cancellation costs. Although I have never been referred to any terms and conditions etc. This dress was sold everywhere with 40%, but unfortunately not here either (although old collection). Otherwise I would have bought it out. Absolutely no accommodation. Sad.

L	Laura Schmied on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!! Die Kleider sind OK jedoch die Angestellten, haben ihren Beruf verfehlt. Und bitte aufpassen, wenn ihr euch das Kleid ausleiht könnt ihr euch schon fast eines kaufen. Die Zusatzkosten im Hintergrund sind enorm. Und bei Problemen, absolut kein Entgegenkommen! Absolutely not to be recommended !!!! The clothes are OK but the employees have missed their job. And please be careful, when you borrow the dress you can almost buy one. The additional costs in the background are enormous. And in case of problems, absolutely no accommodation!
