t	tamara harbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern bei Frau Dr. Plewka. Habe fast ganze Drei Stunden gewartet und war insgesamt 3 Minuten in Behandlung. (für eine Ohrenspülung) Heute höre ich genau so viel wie gestern! Jeder Hausarzt macht so eine Behandlung besser als diese HNO Ärztin! NICHT zu empfehlen. Wenn Sie schon die einfachsten Behandlungen nicht gewissenhaft macht, will ich nicht wissen was sie bei OPs dann macht! Yesterday I was with Dr. Plewka. I waited almost three full hours and was treated for a total of 3 minutes. (for an ear wash) Today I hear just as much as yesterday! Every family doctor does such a treatment better than this ENT doctor! Not recommendable. If you don't conscientiously do even the simplest treatments, I don't want to know what she does during surgery!

Frau Dr. Plewka hat sich viel Zeit für meine Anliegen genommen. Weiter so! Was in Mrs. Plewka's ordination without an appointment. Waiting time was very quick, all employees very friendly and competent. Miss Dr. Plewka took a lot of time for my concerns. Keep it up!
I	Ivana Ilic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Vater war heute in der Praxis da er mit dem Gehör zu klagen hat als erstes wurde er zur Ärztin gerufen und sie hat ihn dann in einen Raum geschickt wegen einem hörtest. Die Arzthelferin was für den hörtest zuständig war, war sowas von unfreundlich zu meinem Vater als erstes fragte sie ob er eine Frau k….. ist mein Vater (HERR I…) hat es aber akustisch nicht verstanden und hat sie zweimal gefragt ob Sie sich wiederholen kann dann hat sie nochmal gefragt und er hat dann einfach ja gesagt und die dame hat wieder so undeutlich gesprochen das er es wieder nicht verstanden hat. Der hörtest wurde durchgeführt und als die Ärztin ihn dann wieder zu sich gerufen hat wurde die Arzthelferin motzig gegenüber meinem Vater und hat zu ihm gesagt wie er nicht im stande sei einfach seinen Namen zu sagen und er soll gefälligst deutsch lernen ( mein Vater lebt seit 30 Jahren in Österreich und hat bis jetzt alles und jeden verstanden und nie hat wer gesagt das er deutsch lernen soll weil für seine Verhältnisse spricht er sehr gut deutsch). Und dazu hat sie sich beklagt das sie jetzt alle Aufnahmen löschen und neu machen muss, ich arbeite selber mit Kundschaften Jahre lang und so eine art und weise ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Eines sage ich Ihnen wir kommen kein zweites Mal!!! My father was in the practice today because he has a problem with his hearing, the first thing he did was call the doctor and she then sent him to a room because of a hearing problem. The doctor's assistant who was responsible for the hearing was so unfriendly to my father, the first thing she asked was whether he was a woman k.... is my father (MR I...) but didn't understand it acoustically and asked her twice if you Then she asked again and he just said yes and the lady spoke so slurred again that he didn't understand again. The hearing test was carried out and when the doctor then called him back to her, the doctor's assistant got grumpy towards my father and told him how he wasn't able to just say his name and that he should kindly learn German (my father has lived in Germany since he was 30). years in Austria and until now has understood everything and everyone and nobody has ever said that he should learn German because for his circumstances he speaks German very well). And she complained that she now has to delete all the recordings and make new ones, I've been working with clients myself for years and that kind of way is just not acceptable. I'll tell you one thing, we won't come a second time!!!

Die Ärztin, sowie auch das ganze Team ist super nett und die Praxis ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die gute Behandlung und die richtigen Entscheidungen. As holidaymakers, we were immediately given an emergency appointment and my husband was cared for. The doctor and the whole team are super nice and the practice is definitely to be recommended.
