Beim Termin habe wir 1 und halb Stunden warten müssen bei Nachfragung wann wir den dran kommen vergaßen sie uns ein zu tragen. Sehr schade das man so uninteressiert ist. ???????? VERY unfriendly the doctor no friendly hello and no interest in the patient (my mom) in my opinion. At the appointment we had to wait 1 and a half hours. When asked when it would be our turn, they forgot to enter us. It's a shame that you are so uninterested. ????????

Fragwürdig ist, meine Mutter war mal dort, wieso braucht man wieder eine Anmeldedaten? Nichtdestotrotz, als das Gespräch zu ende geht, höre ich "Irgendwelche Japaner oder Chinese." Big Bruh. Nur weil wir einen asiatischen Namen haben, bedeutet nicht, dass wir sofort zu "Irgendwelche Asiaten" klassifiziert sind. Echt Mies. Naja, vielleicht habe ich zu undeutlich gesagt. Deswegen kommen meine Mutter und ich persönlich vorbei. Nach Gefühl 30min warten, sind wir dran. Was mich überrascht ist: Eine alte Dame kommt aus dem Tür raus. Meine Mutter gibt der Dame ihre E-Card und wir warten wieder paar Minuten. Und wisst ihr was? Die Dame sagt, dass sie keine Zeit hat. Tja 1h meines Lebens verschwendet für nichts sage ich mal. To be honest, I thought making an appointment was easy and it's about my mom (of course) Of course, it's a little more difficult during the corona phase, but if you ask for an appointment (by phone) and then say no because "the information" is missing, I think to myself: "OK." It is questionable that my mother was there once, why Do you need a login again? Nonetheless, when the conversation ends, I hear, “Any Japanese or Chinese.” Big Bruh. Just because we have an Asian name doesn't mean we're immediately classified as “Any Asian”. Really Bad. Well, maybe I said too vaguely. That's why my mother and I come over personally. After waiting 30 minutes, it's our turn. What surprised me: An old lady comes out the door. My mother gives the lady her E -Card and we wait a few minutes again. And you know what? The lady says she has no time. Well 1 hour of my life wasted on nothing, I'll say.

Der Arzt der mich behandelt hat, scheint sich nicht sonderlich gut auszukennen oder interessiert sich einfach nicht besonders. I haven't had any good experiences with it either. The doctor who treated me doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable or just doesn't care.
