Herr Dr. Werkgartner ist nicht nur überaus kompetent sondern auch total freundlich! Super Beratung und er nimmt sich die Zeit, sich die Beschwerden anzuhören. Vielen Dank! Die Assistentin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, Wartezeit war überhaupt keine (wir haben uns nicht einmal hingesetzt), der Arzt kam zur Assistentin raus und begrüßte uns schon dort. Er untersuchte mit totaler Ruhe die 3 Kids, ging auf sie ein, ließ sie sogar mitmachen, zB den Sessel in die Höhe fahren, erklärte alles ganz genau, auch so, dass es die Kids verstanden. Er nahm sich Zeit, hörte zu. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen waren meine Erwartungen hoch - und na klar ein Wahlarzt, aber der Arzt und seine Assistentin haben die Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. So einen tollen Arzt samt Assistentin habe ich so gut wie noch nie erlebt, nämlich kompetent, freundlich, geht auf Patienten ein (auch Kinder), erklärt alles so, dass man sich wirklich auskennt, keine Wartezeit. Einfach toll. I was there with my 3 relatively young children. The assistant welcomed us very friendly, there was no waiting at all (we didn't even sit down), the doctor came out to the assistant and greeted us there. He examined the 3 kids with total calm, responded to them, even let them join in, for example raising the armchair, explained everything very precisely, even so that the kids understood it. He took his time, listened. Based on the good ratings, my expectations were high - and of course an elective doctor, but the doctor and his assistant far exceeded the expectations. I have never experienced such a great doctor and assistant like that, competent, friendly, responsive to patients (including children), explains everything in such a way that you really know your way around, no waiting time. Just great.

Für mich als Musiker, besonders schlimm. Der Arzt nahm sich super viel Zeit und 4 Tage nach der verordneten Therapie bin ich nun Beschwerdefrei, der Tinnitus ist komplett weg. Vielen lieben Dank für Ihre Hilfe Herr Werkgartner! I saw this great doctor for the first time 2 weeks ago, had had a nasty tinnitus for over 10 days and sometimes couldn't stand it anymore. For me as a musician, particularly bad. The doctor took a lot of time and 4 days after the prescribed therapy I am now free of symptoms, the tinnitus is completely gone.
