A	Andreas Schweiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal, unkomplizierte schnelle Abwicklung bei der "Aufnahme". Wartezeit war sehr kurz, kommt natürlich immer drauf an, was gerade los ist. Gespräch mit dem Arzt war sehr freundlich, man versucht wirklich den Patienten zu verstehen und die bestmögliche Lösung zu finden. Herzlichen Dank. Very friendly staff, uncomplicated and quick processing of the "admission". The waiting time was very short, of course it always depends on what's going on. Talking to the doctor was very friendly, you really try to understand the patient and find the best possible solution. Thank you very much.

Das einzige: zur Therapie würde ich nicht mehr hingehen. Meine Betreuuerin war sehr sehr sehr unmotiviert. und arbeitet wohl nicht so gerne mit Menschen :/ 2 great doctors, honest, take their time for the patients, do their job with pleasure and do not prescribe medication straight away. The only thing: I wouldn't go to therapy anymore. My supervisor was very, very, very unmotivated. and probably doesn't like to work with people: /

Die Ärzte wirken sehr kompetent und einfühlsam und nehmen sich auch Zeit für den einzelnen, man hat nicht das Gefühl das man eine Nummer ist. Very competent, polite staff and also courteous. The doctors seem very competent and empathetic and also take time for the individual, you don't have the feeling that you are a number.

Hervorheben möchte ich die Empfangsdamen, besonders Fr. Loitzberger, sehr freundlich und alles geht sehr fix. Was with Dr. Madlmayr, very friendly and competent, takes his time! Der Tatbestand ist,dass ich von Ihrer Vorzimmerdame bereits am Telefon herablassend und unfreundlich behandelt wurde. Bisher habe ich in der Hauptstadt dieses Landes Österreich gelebt und bin gewöhnt gewesen,auch als ausländischer Europäer als Person behandelt zu werden. Freunde haben mich vor der Engstirnigkeit, Fremdenfeindlichkeit und generellen Provinzialität der österreichischen Landregionen gewarnt,aber ich wollte es nicht glauben. In einer globalen Welt hat es meines Erachtens nach niemand mehr nötig,sich auf so unqualifizierte Weise herabsetzen zu lassen. Dass mir dieses dennoch durch sie geschehen ist, gehört für mich zu den schmerzlichen Erfahrungen in diesem Land. Möglicherweise fehlt Ihnen ja auch jedes Gespür für die Sensibilität eines Menschen,der sich in einem fremden Land zurechtfinden muss. Für einen Arzr halte ich das allerdings für ein schweres Manko. Es hat ganz sicher nichts mit meiner persönlichen speziellen Vorstellung zu tun,ich berufe mich ausschliesslich auf europäisch gängige Standards dür den gegenseitigen Umgang zwischen Menschen. The fact of the matter is that I was treated condescendingly and unkindly by your secretary on the phone. So far I have lived in the capital of this country Austria and have been used to being treated as a person even as a foreign European. Friends warned me about the narrow-mindedness, xenophobia and general provinciality of the Austrian rural regions, but I didn't want to believe it. In my opinion, in a global world no one needs to be degraded in such an unqualified way. That this happened to me through her is one of the painful experiences in this country for me. You may also lack any sense of the sensitivity of a person who has to find their way around a foreign country. For a doctor, however, I think that's a serious shortcoming. It certainly has nothing to do with my personal special ideas, I only refer to common European standards for mutual interaction between people. Please take note of this.
