F	Franziska Depypere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war ein Akutfall im November, war am seben Tag dran, da ich telefonisch nicht durchgekommen bin, bin ich hingegangen. Habe eine Belehrung bekommen von wegen ich soll anrufen. Durchs persönliche hingehen könnten sie mich nicht ablehnen. Hatte eine Gehörgangsentzündung eine Mittelohrentzündung Nebenhöhlenentzündung und Halsentzündung. War froh dass ich dran kam nach 2std warten. Habe viel mitbekommen. Normalen Termin ausmachen am besten 2Monate vorher. Zur Kontrolle könnte ich nur kommen solange ich krank geschrieben war. Aber als ich dann gesund geschrieben war und ich noch einmal hatte kommen müssen, meine Tochter aber dann krank war. War der Termin unmöglich, ich musste angebotene Termine verneinen, muss ja auch meine Arbeit wieder leisten. Durch meinen Arbeitsausfall und da ich keine Vertretung habe, dazu Terminarbeit Habe schicke n zum Nachdenken angefangen. Freundlich ist die Ärztin kein Thema. Nur die Terminorganisation....bzg zu viele Patienten... spricht dafür dass sie gut ist. Nur leider nervig für Patienten. I was an acute case in November, it was on the same day, because I couldn't get through on the phone, I went there. Got an instruction about why I should call. They couldn't refuse me by going personally. Had an ear canal infection, middle ear infection, sinus infection, and sore throat. Glad it was my turn to wait after 2 hours. I noticed a lot. Make a normal appointment, preferably 2 months in advance. I could only come to check as long as I was on sick leave. But then when I was healthy and I had to come again, but my daughter was sick. If the appointment was impossible, I had to deny the appointments offered, I have to do my work again. Due to my absence from work and since I have no representation, I also work on appointments I started sending n thinkers. The doctor is not a friendly topic. Only the appointment organization .... or too many patients ... suggests that it is good. Unfortunately, annoying for patients.
M	Mundi Mundi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Doktor Dax persönlich sehr freundlich, jedoch telefonische Terminvergabe praktisch nicht möglich, es hebt über Tage hinweg niemand am Telefon ab. Ein zeitnaher Termin ist nicht zu bekommen, das angebotene mit meinem 30-Tage-Dienstplan nicht vereinbar. Somit Urlaubstag nötig für einen Arztbesuch, trotz Schichtarbeit und Tagesfreizeit. Mrs. Dax personally very friendly, but appointment by phone practically impossible, it lifts for days no one on the phone. A timely appointment is not to get, the offered with my 30-day roster incompatible. Thus vacation needed for a doctor's visit, despite shift work and day off.
W	Wolfgang Grafeneder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr. Dax und ihr Ordinationspersonal sind sehr nett und freundlich. Leider braucht man 2-3 Monate Vorlaufzeit, um einen Termin zu erhalten. Hat man aber einen Termin, hält sich auch die Wartezeit in Grenzen. Das muss man positiv sehen: ein guter Arzt ist wie ein gutes Restaurant - immer voll! Vor Ohrenspülungen wird immer mit dem Spezialöl eines bekannten Herstellers eingetropft - das erleichtert dann das Spülen selbst wesentlich! Miss Dr. Dax and her ordination staff are very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, you need 2-3 months to get an appointment. But if you have an appointment, the waiting time is also limited. You have to be positive: a good doctor is like a good restaurant - always full! The special oil from a well-known manufacturer is always dripped in before rinsing the ears - this then makes rinsing much easier!

Die Dame beim Empfang, die Dame beim Hörtest, die Assistentin und Frau Dr Dax waren so freundlich. Frau Dr Dax ist eine freundliche, kompetente Ärztin. Absolut zum Weiterempfehlen My daughter was acute patient, after telephone request we arrived the same day after only 1 hour wait. The lady at the reception, the lady at the hearing test, the assistant and Mrs. Dr Dax were so friendly. Ms. Dr Dax is a friendly, competent doctor. Absolutely to be recommended
A	Andi Schm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man ruft für den ersten Hörtest eines Neugeborenen an und bekommt keinen Termin unter einem halben Jahr weil das Baby ein Neupatient ist und obwohl bekannt ist, das die Untersuchung innerhalb von 4 Wochen nach der Geburt erfolgen muss. Das nenne ich einmal eine unfähige Empfangsdame. You call for the first hearing test of a newborn and do not get an appointment for less than six months because the baby is a new patient and although it is known that the examination must be carried out within 4 weeks of the birth. That's what I call an incompetent receptionist.
M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Tage lang starke Ohrenschmerzen und genau in 3 Minuten war ich Schmerzfrei. Tolle Ärztin und sehr nette Leute im Empfang. Angerufen und sofort wurde ich aufgenommen. Respekt Severe earache for 5 days and in exactly 3 minutes I was pain-free. Great doctor and very nice people in reception. Called and immediately I was accepted. respect

Kurzer Anruf und ich bekam sofort einen Akut Termin! I can only recommend Very nice doctor's assistants, very empathetic doctor. You feel very well taken care of. A quick call and I got an acute appointment immediately!
