C	C S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute Mo 17.2.20 Mittags mit einer unhöflichen/desinteressierten Dame telefoniert - und habe mich bezüglich Umschulung/Möglichkeiten/richtigen Ansprechpartnern/Unterstützung und persönlichem Beratungstermin erkundigt! Das einzige was diese besagte Dame am Telefon drauf hatte - mich immer wieder ungeduldig zu fragen - „welchen Beruf ich denn machen möchte“ !! Indem ich ihr gesagt habe, dass ich es noch nicht ganz genau weiß und deswegen anrufe um Infos zu holen -was/wie/wo/wann- hat sie mir frech geantwortet - „ ja wir können nicht wissen was Sie machen möchten“ ?!?? Entschuldige ?? Ist mir schon klar dass die Leute vom AMS nicht entscheiden können was ich beruflich machen soll !!! Wenn Sie mir zugehört hätte warum ich anrufe - hätte sie gecheckt - dass ich nicht verlange meine berufliche Laufbahn zu entscheiden ! Ich hätte mir lediglich erhofft, dass Sie mir zuerst mal sagt wer der richtige Ansprechpartner ist (sie anscheinend nicht) und ich dann in einem persönlichen Gespräch dann einfach Infos und Hilfestellungen meines Interessensgebiet bekomme! Zu viel verlangt ... Today Mon 17.2.20 at noon on the phone with a rude / uninterested lady - and have inquired about retraining / opportunities / correct contacts / support and personal consultation appointment! The only thing that said lady had on the phone - to ask me again and again impatiently - "what profession I want to do" !! By telling her that I don't know exactly yet and therefore call to get information -what / how / where / when- she answered me cheekily - "yes we can not know what you want to do" ?! ?? Excuse me ?? It is already clear to me that the people from the AMS cannot decide what I should do for a living !!! If you had listened to me why I was calling - she would have checked - that I am not asking you to decide my career! I just hoped that she would tell me first who the right contact person is (apparently not) and then I would simply get information and help in my area of interest in a personal conversation! Too much to ask ...
H	Hugoline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich will nicht sagen das alle Mitarbeiter beim AMS schlecht sind. Es gibt auch welche die sich wirklich für ihre Kunden einsetzen. Aber leider sind diese selten zu finden. Die meisten Zeit gelangt man nur an sehr unfreundliche Personen die nicht auf die Wünsche und Probleme eingehen. Besonders lustig finde ich es immer wieder, dass wenn man einen Termin versäumt oder man mal zu spät kommt, gleich mit riesen Ärger rechnen darf. Aber wenn die Werten Betreuer nicht im Haus sind und natürlich dies nicht ihren Kunden mitteilen, darf man auf eigene Kosten hin und wieder zurück fahren. Es gibt noch soooo unendlich viel mehr was man bemängeln kann und sollte, aber dafür reichen diese Zeilen nicht aus. Versucht niemals arbeitslos zu werden oder zu sein. Weil dort werdet ihr behandelt wie ein Straßenhund wenn ihr beim falschen Betreuer seid. I don't want to say that all employees at the AMS are bad. There are also some who really care about their customers. But unfortunately these are rarely found. Most of the time you only get to very unfriendly people who do not respond to the wishes and problems. I always find it particularly funny that if you miss an appointment or come too late, you can expect a lot of trouble. But if the value supervisor is not in-house and of course not communicating this to their customers, you can drive there and back at your own expense. There is soooo infinitely more that one can and should complain about, but these lines are not enough for that. Never try to get or be unemployed. Because there you will be treated like a street dog if you are with the wrong supervisor.

P	Pourify Sandra Luibersbeck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Vergleich zu Wien. Alle sehr nett und verständnisvoll - in meinem Fall zumindest! In Zeiten von Corona ist das sehr wichtig! No comparison to Vienna. All very nice and understanding - at least in my case! This is very important in times of Corona!
p	patrick zikuda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mutter die ihr lebenlang gearbeitet hat und jetzt arbeitslos ist, da ihr Chef gestorben ist, bekommt null Unterstützung von diesem AMS. Trotz Unterstützung und Schreiben der AK verlangt das AMS eine offizielle Kündigung vom verstorbenen Chef! Hallo?! Sollen wir ihn ausgraben und das Skelett fragen? Null entgegenkommen, jegliche Desinteresse an Personen die keine Arbeit haben, aber unbedingt eine haben wollen! My mother, who worked her whole life and is now unemployed because her boss has died, receives zero support from this AMS. Despite support and letters from the AK, the AMS demands an official resignation from the deceased boss! Hello?! Shall we dig it up and ask the skeleton? Zero to meet, any disinterest in people who do not have a job, but absolutely want to have one!
H	Hannes Schwarzecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe als Arbeitgeber. Wahnsinnig wie freundlich und kompetent die Mitarbeiter dort sind. Sowas erwartet man sich nicht von einer Behörde. Wirklich 1A!!!! Auch super schnell,... und super Kundenorientiert! Manchmal tuen mit die Mitarbeiter beim AMS wirklich leid. Was da oft für Spezialisten dann zu den Betrieben geschickt werden müssen etc. Stempel holen - Gehaltsvorstellungen so hoch (bis zu 5000 Brutto schon gehört für nen 40h Büro Job) - oder Menschen die dir Sagen eigentlich wollen Sie nur pfuschen,.... Weiter so! VLG Hanne7 I write as an employer. It's amazing how friendly and competent the staff are there. You don't expect something like that from an authority. Really 1A !!!! Also super fast, ... and super customer-oriented! Sometimes I feel really sorry for the employees at the AMS. What then often has to be sent to the companies for specialists, etc. Get stamps - salary expectations so high (up to 5000 gross already belongs for a 40h office job) - or people who actually tell you they just want to botch ... J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allgemein sind es total bemühte Mitarbeiter.. es wird einem immer geholfen wenn man um Hilfe bittet und sich bei etwas nicht ganz ganz auskennt. Frau Traxler ist meiner Meinung nach eine ganz tolle und nette Mitarbeiterin!! Sie hat mich darauf hingewiesen das es ein Formular gibt das ich zusätzlich ausfüllen kann um mehr Geld in meiner Teilzeit Anstellung zu erhalten. Sie hat mich extra nochmal angerufen und mir das gesagt.Es gibt nicht viele Mitarbeiter die sich für sowas einsetzen bzw einem sowas überhaupt erklären. Danke dafür!!! In general, there are totally hard-working employees. They will always help you if you ask for help and are not quite familiar with something. In my opinion, Ms. Traxler is a really great and nice employee!! She pointed out to me that there is a form that I can also fill out to receive more money in my part-time job. She called me again and told me that. There are not many employees who are committed to something like this or even explain it to someone. Thanks for that!!!
