Ich bin am Vormittag mit meiner defekten Panasonic Fernbedienung in das Geschäft gekommen um eine neue Original Fernbedienung um ca. € 50,- zu kaufen! Mir wurde die neue Fernbedienung gezeigt und trotzdem zur kostengünstigen Reparatur geraten, die mittags auch schon fertig war! VIELEN DANK, BESSER GEHT`S NICHT!!!!!! VERY COMPETENT AND SUPER FAST HELP !!! I came into the shop in the morning with my defective Panasonic remote control to get a new original remote control at approx. € 50 to buy! I was shown the new remote control and was still advised to repair it cheaply, which was ready by noon! THANK YOU, IT CANNOT BE BETTER !!!!!!

Nach ca. 2-3 Tagen wurde er repariert und funktioniert wieder einwandfrei und das für nichtmal die hälfte was bei Samsung die Fehleranalyse gekostet hätte. Super Service, sehr kompetent und freundlich - sehr Empfehlenswert! Danke für die super Arbeit! Since my Samsung TV suddenly couldn't be switched on, I brought it to E.R.F. After approx. 2-3 days it was repaired and works properly again and for less than half what the error analysis would have cost at Samsung. Great service, very competent and friendly - highly recommended! Thanks for the great work!
