Auvh die dumplings waren falsch also haben wir dort angerufen und sie wollten Beweis fotos also haben wir die auch gesendet. Ja da kann sie jetzt nichts mehr tun. Geld wollte sie auf keinen Fall zurück geben..weil ich zitiere ''es andere Restaurants auch nicht machen''. Doch machen sie nur Restaurant Xu braucht ganz dringend Geld. Hoffentlich sparen sie nur am Kunden und nicht am Essen. Deliver wrong food. I ordered beef, it came chicken. Money wasn’t returned, we finally got chicken. Auvh the dumplings were wrong so we called them and they wanted proof photos so we sent them too. Yes, there is nothing she can do now. Under no circumstances did she want to give money back ... because I quote: "Neither do other restaurants". But they are only doing Restaurant Xu desperately needs money. Hopefully they only save on the customer and not on the food.

Nichtmal die Differenz zum günstigeren falschen Produkt wurde angeboten. Nie mehr! Wrong food arrived, asked for a refund. Restaurant owner declined even though 50% was wrong. Not even the difference to the cheaper wrong product was offered. No more!

Doch heute am 26.11.2021 gegen 12 Uhr … War das Essen dennoch hervorragend aber ich würde den Lokal neue „Lieferanten“ empfehlen. Wir konnten es im ersten Moment einfach nicht fassen als der Zusteller uns auslacht weil wir ihm 0,80 Cent (aufgerundet auf 19) Trinkgeld geben wollten. Haben uns zuerst nichts gedacht als er schmunzelnd uns den 1€ raus gab. Er ging dann die Treppen runter und dabei redete er provokativ lauter im Treppenhaus „Wahnsinn können nicht mal auf 20€ aufrunden, 80 Cent Trinkgeld lächerlich sowas!“ Wir standen beide da und waren fassungslos… Nicht nur das der Herr nicht den Mut hatte es uns ins Gesicht zu sagen sondern erst weit weg seinen Ärger zum Ausdruck brachte, sondern auch die Tatsache das dieser Zusteller so unhöflich war und anscheinend den Cent nicht ehrt…. Stößt uns sauer auf. Dementsprechend war das für uns das letzte mal das wir dort bestellen wer weiß was der Lieferant mit unseren essen das nächste mal macht… das Risiko gehen wir nicht ein. We've been ordering for a while now and then because my mother and I are sushi fans and it tastes delicious. But today on November 26th, 2021 around noon ... The food was still excellent, but I would recommend new "suppliers" to the restaurant. At first we couldn't believe it when the delivery guy laughed at us because we wanted to tip him 0.80 cents (rounded up to 19). We didn't think anything at first when he gave us the € 1 with a smile. He then went down the stairs and while doing so he spoke provocatively louder in the stairwell "Madness can't even round up to 20 €, 80 cents tip ridiculous!" We both stood there and were stunned ... Not only that the gentleman did not have the courage to tell us in the face but only expressed his anger far away, but also the fact that this delivery person was so rude and apparently does not honor the cent…. Pisses us off. Accordingly, it was the last time for us that we order there who knows what the supplier will do with our food the next time ... we don't take that risk.

Außerdem ist das Essen noch immer heiß wenn es kommt. Auch Qualität und Portionsgrößen sind sehr gut. Essen ist immer Geschmacksache aber wir können es nur empfehlen. We have ordered several times and it convinces. The food tastes very good, it arrives quickly and the delivery person is extremely friendly. Also, the food is still hot when it comes. The quality and portion sizes are also very good. Food is always a matter of taste but we can only recommend it.
