To wait for your food for 80 minutes is one thing, to see other people who were waiting for their food long enough that they would accept to take any order even when it's wrong is another thing! and at the end to basically leave after 1 1/2 hours and the waitress tells you "if you have to leave, just leave"!!!!! Horrible experience. On top on a hot day, we were boiling in the garden where there are fixed umbrellas so people were getting roasted! never again

Had a great birthday lunch with colleagues here. They have a big garden with many tables so they can accommodate group people ! Bento ? is pretty good but it takes a bit to be served. Service and foods are good.

Bad service, defensive waitress (there was only one waitress so it appeared they were understaffed), over an hour wait for food to arrive (including makis which, surprisingly, took over an hour to serve) and on top of it felt ripped off. It was lunchtime but the restaurant was not full. I asked for the crispy duck and pointed to the Bento box option on the menu. Waitress did not ask if I wanted the Bento or the a la carte crispy duck (€14,90) and so after 80 minutes waiting and asking several times for our food, my friend was first served her Makis and so was finished by the time my duck arrived. Half way through eating it I realised it wasn’t the Bento box. Feeling stressed and in a rush to get back to the office, having unnecessarily lost so much time, we ordered a coffee which again - to our disbelief!! - took ages to arrive and I only noticed afterwards the price for a melange, €4,10. For a normal restaurant in 22nd district, I mean, seriously? A melange in the beautiful, famous, city centre, panoramic Palmenhaus costs €3,90!!!! A Melange at Cafe Prueckel also costs €3,90! Check it out for yourself! Conclusion - will never go again and, unfortunately, cannot recommend it to anyone either. I don’t mind spending money on food but when the service is bad and I feel ripped off, I certainly do mind!

Horrible experience. The food took over one hour to arrive. I had avocado Maki and they fell apart while eating and were expensive for the small portion. My friend ordered duck... the Bento Box, and was charged 15 euro as she was given the a LA Carte menu without asking.. Coffee was 4.10 which is an outrageous price for coffee. Waitress was alone for 12 tables. Will not go again.

My favorite restaurant if I want Asian foods at lunch time. Close to my work in the UN. Love their Salmon Bento Box and the Crispy duck. Ambiance is good especially during summer months where we could sit in their garden. Staff are friendly. Strongly recommended!

Love it. A small place very cosy/homely. Delicious food all the time. Been there many time's haven't been disappointed. Open during week days 11:30 - 15 hrs. Friendly service and the owner is very nice.

Small but cozy. Food is delicious! Love the ambience of the al fresco seating.

A good experience. The food is particularly nice. We tried teriyaki chicken n prawns. The place is also quite and cosy.
