Sehr freundliche, authentische und professionelle Abwicklung in einem sehr modernen Autohaus! Vorabstimmungen über eMail und Telefon haben einwandfrei geklappt. Umbau auf Anhängevorrichtung wurde schnell und zu einem fairen Preis umgesetzt. Eintausch eines vorhanden Fahrzeuges war ohne Probleme möglich und ebenfalls zu einer fairen Bewertung! Erster Kontakt auch beim nächsten Autokauf! :-) Kann ich nur jedem Empfehlen! Late but ... every kilometer has paid off for inspection and test drive and collection. Very friendly, authentic and professional handling in a very modern car dealership! Pre-agreements via email and telephone worked perfectly. Conversion to trailer hitch was implemented quickly and at a fair price. Exchanging an existing vehicle was possible without any problems and also at a fair evaluation! First contact also the next time you buy a car! :-) I can only recommend it to everyone!

Nun gab es leider nach knapp drei Monaten das Problem das mein i3 nicht mehr an ging ? erster Schritt war Andi anrufen (28ten Dez sogar da erreichbar ? TOP) wir haben Ihn dan zu einem BMW Händler in der Umgebung gebracht da ich aus OÖ komme, Andi hat alles mit Ihnen gemanagt, leider greifte die Mobility-Versicherung nicht aber es wurden trotzdem alle Kosten von Andi übernommen was ich wirklich TOP finde. Ich kann das Wahnsinns Team unter der Führung von Andi nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen und der nächste kommt sicher wieder von Ihnen ? Unfortunately, after almost three months there was the problem that my i3 no longer worked ? first step was to call Andi (28th Dec even there ? TOP) we then took him to a BMW dealer in the area because I come from Upper Austria, Andi managed everything with you, unfortunately the mobility insurance did not work, but Andi took over all the costs, which I think is really great. Der Räderkauf im Internet kostet 360€ (4 Räder) + 400€ (4 Felgen) + 150€ (4 Luftdrucküberwachungssensoren) = 910€ Preis gesamt. Das Autohaus verlangte 1400€. Es ist meiner Meinung nach eine absolute Unverschämtheit 500€ für einen Radwechsel zu verlangen und auf Nachfrage auch noch zu antworten, dass sich das Autohaus nicht daran bereichern würde. Vielleicht haben sie gedacht, dass ich eine Frau bin und mich eh nicht auskenne und sie mich über den Tisch ziehen können.. Daher ist dieses Autohaus, meiner Meinung nach, absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig. Schade.. The car purchase worked more or less smoothly, but I should pay 1400 € to change a wheel. Buying wheels on the Internet costs € 360 (4 wheels) + € 400 (4 rims) + € 150 (4 air pressure monitoring sensors) = € 910 total price. The dealership asked for € 1,400. In my opinion, it is absolutely outrageous to charge € 500 for a wheel change and to answer when asked that the dealership would not be enriched by it. Maybe you thought that I was a woman and that I didn't know my way around anyway and that you could rubbish me .. Therefore, in my opinion, this dealership is absolutely untrustworthy. Pity..

Wir haben allerdings nicht ein Auto gekauft sondern eines verkauft, und das - unseres Erachtens - zu absolut fairen Konditionen, in netter Atmosphäre und darüber hinaus hat uns der vertrauenswürdige Umgang sehr gut gefallen. Dies wurde insofern auch bestägigt, der Verkaufserlös ging schon am nächsten Tag ein - besser gehts wirklich nicht. Nochmals Danke an das Autohaus Hinterbauer - bei Euch ist man wirklich in guten Händen! Our experience with this dealership and especially with the entire team deserves 5 stars. However, we didn't buy a car but sold one, and - in our opinion - on absolutely fair terms, in a nice atmosphere and, what's more, we really liked the trustworthy interaction.
