Besonders möchte ich die freundliche und flotte Kommunikation von Herrn Staber hervorheben. Würde den nächsten Autokauf jederzeit wieder über Novora abwickeln, besonders da man in Österreich bestimmte Autos nur schwer als jüngere Gebrauchte in gutem Zustand findet. Competent, courteous and uncomplicated processing despite minor difficulties with the dealer (which would cost you time and nerves as a private customer). I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and brisk communication from Mr. Staber. I would do the next car purchase through Novora at any time, especially since it is difficult to find certain cars in good condition in Austria as younger used ones.
K	Karl Fellner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto am 03 Dezember über Internet in Deutschland ausgesucht Firma NOVORA den Auftrag übergeben, Auto wurde am 11 Dezember bis vor die Garage geliefert. Es gab danach ein Problem wegen der Papiere mit den Deutschen Händler aber diese wurden Bravourös von Herrn Staber gelöst (ich hätte das „Handtuch“ geworfen) so dass ich am 22 Dezember mein Auto Anmelden konnte. Ich kann Firma NOVORA in Sachen KFZ-Import nur Weiterempfehlen. Mein großer Dank gilt Herrn Staber. Car selected on the Internet in Germany on December 3rd. Company NOVORA placed the order, the car was delivered to the garage on December 11th. Afterwards there was a problem about the papers with the German dealers, but these were brilliantly solved by Mr. Staber (I would have thrown in the "towel") so that I could register my car on December 22nd. I can only recommend NOVORA when it comes to importing vehicles. I would like to thank Mr Staber very much.

Men 10 minutter efter havde jeg fået endnu en besked om, at de havde andre lignende, som måske kunne være aktuelle for mig. Vi fik hurtigt lavet en aftale. Mr. Staber har under hele forløbet været meget behjælpelig. Selv efter at jeg har fået bilen hjem, hvor han bl.a skrev og spurgte om alt var som det skulle være! Udover det, så har han også været meget behjælpelig med at få oprettet en Tesla konto! Top service! Absolut ikke sidste gang, at vi handler her. Med venlig hilsen en tilfreds kunde i Danmark. I contacted them on one of their ads, but unfortunately got a quick response from Mr. Staffs that it was already sold. But 10 minutes later I had received another message that they had other similar ones that might be relevant to me. We quickly made an appointment. Mr. Staffs have been very helpful throughout the process. Even after I got the car home, where he wrote and asked if everything was as it should be! P	Peter Wesenscheg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe unser Wunschfahrzeug (Erstzulassung April 2021) am 26.12.2021 auf mobile.de gesichtet und am 27.12.2021 mit Fa. Novora Kontakt aufgenommen. Aufgrund der kompetenten Beratung und der Google-Rezensionen war es für mich klar, den Auftrag für Ankauf und Abwicklung der Fa. Novora zu erteilen. Nach Unterzeichnung des Kaufvertrages für den Ankauf, Abwicklung etc. wurde ich über den aktuellen Status immer am laufenden gehalten, so einen Service findet man nicht überall vor. Als dann der Zustellungstermin für die Anlieferung gemeinsam abgestimmt wurde, stieg der Puls ob alles wohl klappen wird. Spannend wurde es, als ich ca. 2 Stunden vor Anlieferung die GPS-Tracking-Daten des LKW der unser Fahrzeug an Board hatte, von Hr. Staber (wohlgemerkt an einem Samstag!) erhalten habe. Habe dies verfolgt und die Spannung stieg, bin froh das ich diesen Link nicht schon früher erhalten habe, da ich dies permanent verfolgt habe - ich konnte nicht anders :-) Es hat alles super geklappt und empfehle die Fa. Novora sehr gerne weiter :-) KOMPETENZ/EHRLICHKEIT/DIENSTLEISTUNG könnten nicht besser sein, wir wünschen Euch weiterhin "VIEL ERFOLG" und besten Dank nochmals an Hr. Staber! I saw our dream vehicle (first registration April 2021) on December 26th, 2021 on mobile.de and contacted Novora on December 27th, 2021. Due to the competent advice and the Google reviews, it was clear to me to place the order for the purchase and processing of the company Novora. After signing the purchase contract for the purchase, processing, etc., I was always kept up to date on the current status, you don't find this type of service everywhere. When the delivery date for the delivery was agreed together, the pulse rose to see if everything would work out. It got exciting when, about 2 hours before delivery, I received the GPS tracking data from the truck that had our vehicle on board from Mr. Staber (on a Saturday, mind you!). Followed this and the tension increased, I'm glad I didn't get this link earlier, because I've been following this all the time - I couldn't help it :-) Everything worked out great and I would be happy to recommend Novora :-) COMPETENCE/HONESTY/SERVICE couldn't be better, we wish you "GOOD SUCCESS" and many thanks again to Mr. staff!

Telefonisch immer erreichbar und eine rasche Übergabe vom Fahrzeug runden diesen Super Service ab. Meine Zukünftigen Fahrzeuge werde ich nur noch bei Gerhard kaufen. P.s: Herr Staber war der erste Autoverkäufer was sich auch eine Woche nach dem Autoverkauf gemeldet hat und sich erkundigt hat ob beim Fahrzeug alles in Ordnung ist. If you are looking for a competent car dealer, you are best off with Mr. Staber. A perfect service from the transaction to the purchase. Always available by phone and a quick handover of the vehicle round off this super service. I will only buy my future vehicles from Gerhard. P.s: Mr. Staber was the first car seller who also contacted me a week after the car was sold and asked if everything was okay with the vehicle.

Nun war nach 4 Monaten die Batterie kaputt und mir wurde der Austausch und Ersatz der Materialkosten ohne Weiteres sofort zugesagt. Ich möchte hier den herausragenden Kundenservice und die Kulanzleistung explizit hervorheben, denn anscheinend sind Batterien nicht unbedingt im Rahmen der Gewährleistung/Garantie inkludiert. Imported a car via Novora in August 21 and everything went smoothly and quickly (including the surprising in front of the house before the promised date). Now, after 4 months, the battery broke and I was immediately promised the exchange and replacement of the material costs without further ado. I would like to explicitly emphasize the outstanding customer service and the goodwill service here, because apparently batteries are not necessarily included in the warranty/guarantee.
