I	Ich bin Grud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Reperatur ohne Nachbesserung. Am Ende die Empfehlung bei "nagelndem Motor" das HighEnd Diesl der Tankstellen zu Tanken da die Motoren die aktuelle normale Dieselmischung nicht vertragen. 14 Tage später dann doch Kulanztausch der Injektoren die nach dem Softwareupdate dann wohl überfordert waren....Das Team ist nett und engagiert, der Werkstattmeister setzt jedoch mehr auf abwiegeln als auf Kundenzufriedenheit. No repair without rework. In the end, the recommendation for "nailing engine" to fill up the high-end diesel of the petrol stations because the engines cannot tolerate the current normal diesel mixture. 14 days later the injectors exchanged goodwill, which were then overwhelmed after the software update .... The team is nice and committed, but the workshop manager places more emphasis on sealing than on customer satisfaction.

W	Wolfi klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Lack arbeiten.. war mit meinem Octavia aufgrund der Rostgarantie bei der Firma da es ja nur eine Fachwerkstätte machen darf. Mein schwarzes Skoda Logo weg, wurde gegen ein Serien Logo getauscht, Lack ist eindeutig verronnen bzw hab Lack ''Patzer'', mein schwarzer ''Diffusor'' hat jetzt ein 20cm langes Stück wo silberner Lack drauf genebelt wurde. Fahrzeug wurde so warm gemacht dass die Folie blasen bekam, der Lehrling durfte anscheinend mein Auto putzen, Fazit die Scheiben waren mehr verschmiert wie vorher, Amaturenbrett genau bis zur Mitte geputzt. Ich werde dass nächste mal eine andere Vertragswerkstätte aufsuchen. Bad paint work .. was with my Octavia due to the rust guarantee because only a specialist workshop is allowed to do it. My black Skoda logo was gone, was exchanged for a series logo, the paint is clearly worn out or has paint '' goofs '', my black '' diffuser '' now has a 20cm long piece where silver paint was fogged on. The vehicle was made so warm that the film got blown, the apprentice was apparently allowed to clean my car, conclusion the windows were more smeared than before, the dashboard was cleaned right up to the middle. I will visit another authorized workshop next time.

Einfach ein sehr guter Familienbetrieb! Ich kann diese Werkstätte bestens weiterempfehlen Top service, agreed times are adhered to, very competent employees. Animal-loving workshops (they have a very loving cat in the business). Simply a very good family business! I can highly recommend this workshop

Super Kompetent Menschlich und geben immer gute Arbeit ab!
